Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Has anyone seen a nice lego ninjago onesie?

DaisyChops · 23/10/2018 10:59

@PodgeBod I returned my kids Halloween costumes to Asda last year as they refused to wear them, I did feel a bit embarrassed but they were £15 each!

KMoKMo · 23/10/2018 11:02

20% off Boden code - E7S3 - if anyone can use it

Smellybears · 23/10/2018 11:21

GandalfTheGoat · 23/10/2018 11:28

DillieDoily · 23/10/2018 11:35

@MinorRSole I saw a Ninjago onesie in H&M last month

DanceDanceDance80 · 23/10/2018 13:20

riotlady · 23/10/2018 13:26

Not Christmas but does anyone have any ideas of something nice I can get for my sisters 18th? Can afford about £30-40, she’s quite artsy and alternative so wouldn’t go for pandora type stuff I don’t think

makingmiracles · 23/10/2018 13:34

Well my £13 skateboard came today, pretty happy with it, quality looks decent enough

LoudestRoar · 23/10/2018 14:09

@makingmiracles do you have a link to the skateboard please?

AdamBarlowsQuiff · 23/10/2018 14:11

@riotlady there are some really nice lipstick sets and eye palettes from Mac for £25-£30 which are new out in the Shiny pretty things range. Nice packaging. Not sure if you'd rather something she can keep forever though?

Strawberryfield12 · 23/10/2018 14:22

@riotlady have a look at kaft.com design T-shirts and sweatshirts. I can picture someone artsy and alternative wearing those tops.

MinorRSole · 23/10/2018 14:50

@DillieDoily thank you 😊 that's where most of his ninjago stuff comes from! I'll have a look if I'm in town tomorrow

gaggiagirl · 23/10/2018 14:51

yumyumpoppycat · 23/10/2018 15:48

riotlady are there any craft, antique type markets round where you live - so you could get more unique piece of jewellery?

BretonStripe · 23/10/2018 16:12

@riotlady I use a lady who makes bespoke personalised silver jewellery. Have bought a couple of things and been happy- you could get a bracelet with both of your initials on? For about £20 I think. You could search Beads, Bows and Buttons on Facebook or have a look on her Etsy page for inspiration?

Beads, Bows and Buttons

MinorRSole · 23/10/2018 16:16

@DillieDoily ah that's one I had seen but I'll still check it out in store. Was looking for something fleecy and cosy (I give him a quick dry after swimming then we come straight home for a shower so it's just for that purpose I find them handy in winter)

NoHufflefucksGivenMugglefucker · 23/10/2018 16:31

marks and spencer 20% off Christmas trees, little gifts and decoration , lights etc

makingmiracles · 23/10/2018 16:37

@loudest roar, I don’t sorry, it was mentioned on the last thread, towards the end of the thread, it’s on amazon for £60+ and then you entered a code and it brought it down to £13!

NoHufflefucksGivenMugglefucker · 23/10/2018 16:55

wooden toys at Asda have some reductions

ChoccyJules · 23/10/2018 17:13

Made the mistake of doing a 25% off TU clothes order while DD was hanging around, so there’s now a unicorn jumper coming as part of the order!

riotlady · 23/10/2018 17:35

I knew I’d get some good suggestions on here!

@AdamBarlowsQuiff that’s a good idea, thanks, I’ll check it out!

@Strawberryfield12 thank you, I’ll have a look :)

@yumyumpoppycat hmmm, maybe. Mostly we just have pawn shops around here but if I went into town there might be something. Thanks!

@BretonStripe thank you, that’s a lovely shop- I don’t think it’s my sisters taste but I might get an Xmas present for my friend from there

riotlady · 23/10/2018 17:36

Also my local card factory is doing 4 Christmas gift bags for £1, didn’t have a chance to go in and get some but it looked like a mix of styles and sizes
