Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Debenhams are just teasing me. They sent me a 10% off code in the post but I haven't been able to get on the website all evening...

Girlsnightin · 22/10/2018 21:56

On Amazon for 11.99 each and Prime delivery. Rather large stocking fillers!

Smellybears · 22/10/2018 21:57

There’s also an app called Libby. You sign in using your library card and can borrow e-books and listen to audiobooks.

WhirlwindHugs · 22/10/2018 22:12

Hey duggee five pounds off when you buy adult and child matching pj's at character.com www.character.com/collections/hey-duggee

Mine are too old now, but it made me smile! Might make a small person happy.

Tiggles · 22/10/2018 22:40

My boys use normal fires and quite happy with them especially to take movies on when we travel.
The biggest issue (can anyone help?!) is that they get a notification that parcels are arriving from Amazon including the contents. As I remembered when ds said on his birthday I think I might be getting a special Wolf hoodie today (nope that's his Christmas present...)

Spam88 · 22/10/2018 23:37

@ineedabagformyhippo the photo books I've bought from CEWE actually use photo paper of some description where the pictures are developed rather than printed. I've only had the lay flat books so not sure if that applies to the cheaper ones. I've only had cheap albums from photo box and the print quality isn't great (good if you just want photos printed for prompting memories rather than actually wanting high quality photos, if you know what I mean) but I do t know if they offer more expensive options on photo paper.

Spam88 · 22/10/2018 23:39

tiggles are they just using your account? If so I think you can create them their own accounts as children and add them to your household? Id hope it wouldn't notify them then!

Tiggles · 23/10/2018 00:01

Ah yes they are using my account, so I set them up their own prime accounts?

ineedabagformyhippo · 23/10/2018 00:19

Thanks @spam88, yes I did want photo quality paper so will check out Cewe and give photobox a miss. Thank you

TU Sainsburys 25% off is online now
Must be in stores today
They have cotton hoodless onesies for whoever was asking

Pinkyponkcustard · 23/10/2018 06:10

So annoyed with the Sainsbury’s tu website, I’ve got a basket full of stuff and it won’t let me check out!

Spam88 · 23/10/2018 06:38

tiggles I've never done it, but I know you can add so many children to your household so I'm assuming you must be able to set them up an account of some description...

imip · 23/10/2018 07:06

Yes, you set up a prime account for each child and can set parental/age controls/restrictions for each. It costs a fiver a month if you buy the ordinary kindle fire. I have 4 dds on it, I think either 4 or 5 is the limit.

margaritasbythesea · 23/10/2018 07:08

Toggles - if you go to Orders under your account then you can hide ones you don't want them to see. Not sure how you then see them yourself though!

Whattodowithaminute · 23/10/2018 07:10

Thanks for the Costco link-you’ve inspired me to get started on the Xmas planning for the boys. Will be moving house two weeks before Xmas so need to get sorted now! Started to get excited!

BanoffeePieIsMyFave · 23/10/2018 07:33

50% off everything on the regatta website

makingmiracles · 23/10/2018 07:37

@tiggles we just deregistered their tablets, google how to do so, that stops them linking with your amazon account!

NoWordForFluffy · 23/10/2018 08:00

We've bought the matching Hey Duggee PJs. All blue though as no medium ladies in stock and I need it for length of leg even if it's a bit big on the waist (though small would be too small on the waist also, most likely, given I'm bloody awkward!).

Tiggles · 23/10/2018 08:08

Thanks everyone I shall do some Googling.

PodgeBod · 23/10/2018 08:19

Re the Sainsbury's 25% off, it says 10 days for click and collect, would anybody happen to know if that is accurate or should I have plumped for delivery? Only I got DD2s Halloween costume so I could be cutting it a bit fine!

PodgeBod · 23/10/2018 08:20

Sainsbury's also has Hey Duggee stuff, got some pyjamas for my girls and a t shirt for my nephew who are all Hey Duggee mad.

BestofLuck · 23/10/2018 08:41

If anybody sees a good deal on the How to Train your Dragon Playmobil sets I'd be grateful. A late addition to my son's list I think!

DaisyChops · 23/10/2018 08:58

Have you tried Argos @PodgeBod , my tu order will be ready to collect at 4pm tomorrow. I've reordered stuff already on order to get the 25% off which is a bit of a pain!

PodgeBod · 23/10/2018 10:12

That's great Daisy thanks, I didn't realise you could get TU in Argos. I can pick it up tomorrow Smile I will feel embarrassed returning the other one if it comes after Halloween though!
