Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

I posted a 20% off code for early learning centre at end of last thread but doesn't look like it's been used yet.

BM18-LPFL-V7AG-H59S-6KY2

To be used by 14th October so hopefully someone can use it.

Little stocking fillers like stickers and stationary reduced to clear at Sainsbury's.

Smellybears · 02/10/2018 10:11

Dithered about ordering the cbeebies clock yesterday, went to order this morning and it’s sold out. Gutted, that’ll teach me though!

Redrosebelle · 02/10/2018 10:18

With prominents code for 20% off above elc there’s some really good deals on Happyland at 50% off. You’ll get a further 20% if you use the code - I had £155 of toys for £72 with free delivery!

BlueOooChristmas · 02/10/2018 10:22

Thanks for all the replies re: Exploding Kittens. It sounds fun and I'll pick one up. Also managed to grab two LOL Underwraps not long after I posted. So it feels like a good start to the day! :)

ToastyFingers · 02/10/2018 10:24

blueooo Argos usually update after the stores close, so around 6pm for the high street ones and later for the bigg'uns. 3 for 2 is on until midnight so if you check obsessively you might just get some. Here's a link to a stock checker that orders the stores by distance from you, and it's pretty reliable. I wasted days but finally got those bloody under wraps dolls.

ToastyFingers · 02/10/2018 10:24

ah cross post. never mind, at least my link worked preens

SimplyPut · 02/10/2018 10:33

Dobbies is a world of festivity... not a bargain in sight though!

starryeyedsnowgirl · 02/10/2018 10:34

Women of NASA Lego set looks lovely for older children and is currently £19.99 on amazon here

MsMiaWallace · 02/10/2018 10:36

@itsonlysubterfuge how much is that playmobil?

Unihorn · 02/10/2018 10:40

We bought Women of NASA for 7yo DSD last year. It's nice but I found it quite expensive for a small set.

PurpleTigerLove · 02/10/2018 10:46

Lego lovers need this
shop.lego.com/en-GB/LEGO-Snowglobe-40223
This was a limited edition freebie a couple of years ago , I got it and have since bought one for my mum and my sister to display in their fireplace . They are really lovely and would make a super present for a grown up who’s still young at heart .

PurpleTigerLove · 02/10/2018 10:47

In not in . That would be silly

PurpleTigerLove · 02/10/2018 10:47

On , I give up

RosieBdy · 02/10/2018 10:57

Would anyone like a 20% off Boden code with free delivery? Think it’s single use and full price things only, but might help someone:

H6F6 expires 30th Nov

Gooseysgirl · 02/10/2018 11:14

Swimming Baby Annabell is a good price in Argos clearance section.

Where is the most bargainous place to get character wrapping paper? Ideally more than a couple of metres per roll and not too thin.

HoratioCaine · 02/10/2018 11:20

They had Peppa Pig & Paw Patrol wrapping paper in Matalan orangemouth

fraggle84 · 02/10/2018 11:24

Boots have stretch Armstrong for £10 which is a good stocking filler on the 3 for 2

orangemouth · 02/10/2018 11:24

Great I'll try matalan. Peppa pig would be perfect.

Bellatrix257 · 02/10/2018 11:35

@PurpleTigerLove - I love that!! Perfect for DP!!! Think I saw it ages ago and wanted it!! Don’t suppose anyone knows free delivery code for Lego? Thanks!

Tildero · 02/10/2018 11:35
