Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

lacy I got this for my 7.5 year old and he loves it. It’s proper little tools, some sharps so depends on how you trust the child and if you are supervising. But means they can actually use bald and wood etc and do little projects smyths

Can use nails and wood* no idea where bald came from

Just to add another teepee into the mix- I bought one last year from hobbycraft which was £25 or so. Plain cream canvas but the idea is you can decorate it yourself- sadly I’ve still not got round to that part

@eastmids do you know if they bring out any Christmas themed wooden toys at all? I’ve seen the deer which looks fab (its accidentally on purpose fallen into my basket) but then got me thinking about Christmas ones

Lacypants My DD is 6 and has been getting a real tool from my DH every birthday and Christmas. She is taught to use them properly and can help out whenever there is a DIY job. They are real and quality tools so the idea is she will have a nice collection when she is an adult and have the knowledge to use them and fix things for herself.
