So we're nearly there now, I'm counting down on one hand the number of sleeps!

Still time to post info on Christmas bargains but I'd also love to hear how the gifts you got went down on the big day and also share notes on sale finds

Disaster of the day! My MlL gave half my son´s presents to my nephew by mistake! OMG! Thankfully we live in Spain where they also have presents on twelfth night, but now I have to buy them again at full price Shock

My dad deserves an Oscar for the performance of shock and surprise when he opened his gift Xmas Grin he thought it was wonderful, but wasn't sure of the size so said he really should try it on Xmas Grin

DS played with his fire engine for an hour without glancing up. He loved it! So much, he actually hasn't opened many other presents (he's 2.9).

And I've started next year's shopping already - matching jumpers for DS and DNephew ordered from Asda, and the Thomas minis advent calendar which is down to £10 from £30.

Well the presents went down well.

Dmum loves her Emma Bridgewater mug, ds2 loved his fire engine, ds3 received the bilibo this morning for his birthday and it seems to have gone down well. Dd was in shock at receiving the echo dot especially as she only declared 2 days before Christmas that she would really like one (ds1 has now requested one for next Christmas)

Dsis has Christmas shoes and they were amazing (irregular choice) and I've realised I need Christmas shoes for next year. So if anyone sees these in a size 6 please please give me a shout Wink

Only sale I've done is the sass and belle one for Christmas decorations for next year but I am always on the look out for a good deal on a Nintendo switch

The presents have all gone down well so thanks to everyone who posted!

I am now on the lookout for some outdoor lights/decorations in the sales as dd1 confided that she always wishes we had lights on our house. If you spot any bargains please post them.

I have to thank the mass hysteria of fingerlings. Didn’t plan on getting one, only got one because I happen to see some on the shelf and everyone was going on about it on here... and it has been the IT toy for one of my kids. Haven’t put it down yet.
