Thank you MrsChrimbo. I like a few of them.

Cataline sainsburys usually have a nice stripey breton type top in although they sell out quite quickly too so you then need to wait until the next variety comes in (6-8 weeks turn around tops). They are v v bargainous usually and wear really well too.

Plus - if you can buy today they have their regular 25% off which I think ends tonight.

NeverSurrender · 04/12/2017 16:19

B4A9UK2A should give you 20% off on playmobil website, also got a free figure and dvd with the order and free delivery so very pleased! I tracked with top cash back at 5% but not sure if that will go through

mammyaroundmadness · 04/12/2017 16:38

Just collected my two preordered Fingerlings from Smyths. Yey! A blue one and a black one, I ordered them over four weeks ago. I'm SO glad it worked out! Big sigh of relief

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 04/12/2017 16:45

For those who's kids wants a box of LOL's, but us parents aren't millionaires, I got an empty box for free from Smyths. I had to pay 5p for a bag but the lassie said no problem, there was a box which was nearly empty. My kids haven't stopped playing with it, making up pretend videos 🤣

Living a game of Yatzee is under a tenner. Then I saw this website, gift ideas that begin with the letter

livinginhope87 · 04/12/2017 17:08

ShiftyMcGifty you are a star. Thank you.

Youcantscaremeihavechildren · 04/12/2017 17:45

I also ordered from Lalaland on the black friday weekend, then ss soon as I made my order remembered something I wanted to add, got no reply when I emailed to ask if I could add it though. Had nothing since so will email them today.
The gig is up with Abel and Cole referrals, theyve locked people out of accounts and cancelled orders, boo...

Reastie · 04/12/2017 17:45

Can anyone advise...If I book a delivery slot now with Sainsburys do I have to order my food now? I presume I'd just be reserving the slot and ordering later?

woodwaj · 04/12/2017 19:06

I also have a single use Prezzy box code that needs using today £5 off so covers the delivery at least. And the book people code SNOWMAN which gets 15% off.

Madonnasmum · 04/12/2017 19:08

I think you have to chuck a few things in your basket in order to save the delivery but you have until 11pm the night before your delivery to pick everything.

Thank you @spellingstress and @PlaymobilPirate - I'll take a look at those options!

DillieDoily · 04/12/2017 20:39

Could anyone suggest a present for a Harry Potter-obsessed 11 year old girl? Budget is up to £20. I think she already has loads of HP stuff but it’s the only thing I know she is into so will probably stick to that theme (even though I know nothing about it!)

PurpleSock · 04/12/2017 20:40

I'm wondering if anyone has any idea about the best way to get a bargain here!!

I'd like to buy Sims 4 for the ps4 for ideally as close to £30 as possible but could push to £35,

It's on amazon, Tesco, Smyths etc. For around/over £40,

If anyone can recommend somewhere it may be cheaper that I haven't thought of or any way to get a discount code for somewhere it's a bit more expensive I would be forever greatful!

Reastie · 04/12/2017 20:48

Dillie I'd recommend looking at primark for HP stuff. i also saw some smaller bits with the Christmas gift stuff in my local Sainsbury's.

@pinkpiglet (?)
Christmassy hand wash. Not pretty enough for a gift but Waitrose clementine and ginger hand wash was recommended on another MN thread and is lovely. Kids keep mentioning how festive it is too!

HappyVan · 04/12/2017 21:02

Debenhams have got 15% off beauty.
