See post two for links and codes and huge thanks to firefly girl for helping me update the list so hopefully all old codes have now been banished. I can't keep the list up to date without your help so please do let me know in bold so I can't miss it if anything doesn't work Thanks

My other two hype orders are on their way! I think they are honouring them all Smile

BrollySmolly · 10/10/2016 16:01

Lala - my 5 yo Dd plays Dobble with the family and is sometimes quicker than us! Junior one has less items on each card I think.

Chocolateteabag · 10/10/2016 16:01

Carrot - what's a wine apple?

LalaDipsey · 10/10/2016 16:08

Loving the junior versions thank you SmileBiscuitWineBrew

pantherfootballforever · 10/10/2016 16:11

Lala How about Dixit? It's quite a random game, but has been a big hit in this house. My DTs are newly turned 6 and have been playing it for quite a few months now. It can be played by adults and kids alike without changing the rules - it's just that when you play with little ones the storyteller tends to choose single, simple words like "Love" or "Bravery" for their story rather than a phrase or quotation. Like I said - it's a bit random, but the artwork is beautiful and it's a really quiet, chilled out game. (which Card and go Seek definitely isn't!)

pantherfootballforever · 10/10/2016 16:12

My third and final Hype order is on its way! Yay! Looks like they are all coming through!

OhHolyFuck · 10/10/2016 16:15

thingy we have the lookout and its shite, really flimsy plastic and the slide falls off if you breathe on it

scrantoncity our primark had the christmas pjs in this last weekend! I bought DSs, matching brushed fleece tartan, for a bargainous £4 each

CarrotVan · 10/10/2016 16:17

curiousity I dud take15 then afdel and it worked for me.

chocolate a wineapple is a bottle of wine wrapped in green tissue paper and lots of lindor or Ferrero Rocher stuck on so it looks like a pineapple

insan1tyscartching · 10/10/2016 16:19

All three of my Hype bags were delivered today by Royal Mail tracked delivery, exceptionally good service and really quick, happy with quality too.

BeBesideTheSea · 10/10/2016 17:00

I popped in today and WHSmith have buy one get one for £1 on annuals. I got 2 for £8.99. Loads of choice

Boredomismyenemy · 10/10/2016 17:03

My hype order arrived today via Royal Mail. So Quick! Amazing service! Bag is lovely, my DS will be over the moon. Smile

Wait4nothing · 10/10/2016 17:08

Sophia
My dd is going to be 7.5 months and I've gone with an activity table (£18.50 thanks to amazing bargain spotters on here!) as a main present, with a ball from Sainsbury's sale, a couple of books, Xmas bibs, bubbles and silver blanket. Then I'm just going to choose a nice Xmasy party dress and wrap that too. She'll probably play with the paper!
I found a jumperoo on a selling group on Facebook for £30 (and plan to sell it on after) but she's already had a months use of that now.

Chocolateteabag · 10/10/2016 17:13

Woah there! Carrotvan I thought wineapple was a typo Grin
Please please please post a picture - wine + Lindt balls/Rochers? I think I have found my Christmas present from the dc's to me!!

woodwaj · 10/10/2016 17:15

I dont suppose anyone has an elc/mothercare code that they wont use?

Shine0n · 10/10/2016 17:26

I am also the proud owner of two extremely cheap Hype bags and a free pack of Haribos Grin Thank you!

(Someobody has used my Zeek code - big thanks! - shhhh no more Zeek talk on here from me Blush)

Shine0n · 10/10/2016 17:32

My youngest DD has asked for some walkie talkies and after being through this once before with my eldest and basically throwing about £15 away on the character style ones I've gone for these. They have good reviews and actually work :)

usernumber007 · 10/10/2016 17:39

Board games wise - my kids love frustration. Also junior monopoly, card game uno. Any orchard games, and also highly recommend Rory's story cubes.
I've had dispatch conformation emails for both my hype bags (one sale, one full price). If the code still works I may order another tomorrow.

TobleroneBoo · 10/10/2016 17:39

I remember the ugly slipper fiasco of last year! That was my first year on these threads and it cemented them into my heart Grin

JessesGirl · 10/10/2016 17:50

Lots of discount codes arrived in my Book People parcel today!
Free delivery at Joe Browns with Code IN16439
20% off plus free delivery at White Company with AN233
20% off at Happy Puzzle Company with BPL42A - not sure if that's one time use or can be used multiple times.

For the poster asking about Book People delivery times, I placed an order on Wednesday and it was delivered via Hermes today which I don't think is too bad.

FrogTime · 10/10/2016 17:59

Just tried the hype code again as some bags are back in stock but it doesn't work Sad

CarrotVan · 10/10/2016 18:10

Thingywhatsit · 10/10/2016 18:32

ohholy thanks - I will avoid the lookout then. I don't want to be buying expensive tat even if i can get it as a bargain!

Missed the hype bags - I didn't check the thread for 48 hours!

TheBathroomSink · 10/10/2016 18:47

OhHoly - M&S advent calendars did sell out online v quickly, but lots of stores, especially out of town ones, had them for a good week or so afterwards. They also had them stacked in unexpected places in our big M&S - there was a pile of them up in the menswear department which no-one seemed to be aware of.
