Rubbish title but I'm off to bed in a min (it's been one of those days).

As usual links are on post two.

If I've missed anything good (which could be very likely as I'm getting back to work mode atm) let me know.

Smuggle has a sale starting tomorrow in store and today online. Few good bits.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 18/09/2016 14:18

I ordered a child's mermaid blanket off of twinkle deals (blue and white one) and it's absolutely tiny!

Would the adult one be better for a 6 &5 yo?

wyldstile · 18/09/2016 14:36

mayathebee I bought my DD the massive playmobil hotel for xmas last year (discounted, think I paid similar to you. I saw it on here of course, didn't know she needed it till then). It seems fairly sturdy, walls all fine etc though I don't have any houses to compare with. Took HOURS to put it together. And I mean HOURS! It's mostly lived in by Lego friends here.

OvO · 18/09/2016 14:36

Chips! Shock

I need a lie down after just looking at that.

Anyone else had their Hulkbuster Lego set? Mine had said it wouldn't be dispatched until the 27th at the earliest but it's just arrived! I had hoped it'd be later when I had more money. Typical. Grin

Clearance items on Hawkins bazaar website good for stocking fillers including glow stars for ceiling. Water cannon. Small bbq, robopenguin/owl things, lights for on spokes of bike wheels.

Was looking at the Ciate nail polish set and found another lovely ciate nail polish deal.

A 'festive candy cane house' with 4 glittery topcoats inside for £4.49, also in 3 for the price of 2, just stick 3 in your basket to get the discount.
So effectively £9 for 12 glittery nail varnishes.

Has anyone seen any good deals on those football table games? Preferably not as enormous as the unicorn though Wink Even better if its one of those that can be different games too ... Like this sort of thing....

okay might hold off on the kitchen then, I'll be far more excited than DS will be as he'll only be 11 months - i'm thinking long term investment!!

confuugled1 · 18/09/2016 15:50

Not blankets but Tescophoto have got an offer on for half price photo cushions - ends either tonight or tomorrow.

Snow there's usually a page on the Money Saving Expert Website with the latest photo gift deals on it. I'm on my phone so can't link but it might be worth checking it out.

Chocolatekeepsmesane · 18/09/2016 15:52

Very code has gone :)

RaeSkywalker · 18/09/2016 16:27

cookiefiend just wanted to say a huge thank you for the Play Doh link on Amazon! I've ordered a set for each of DH's God Daughters. They will make a lovely gift Smile

SelfieStick · 18/09/2016 16:27

I really can't wait to hear all of your unicorn-smuggling in stories! Xmas Grin

needyounow · 18/09/2016 16:29

Does anyone have an IKEA family card? Are they worth it or just another card to fill up your purse!

mayathebee · 18/09/2016 16:29

Thanks wyldstile, I was fairly sure I'd have to spend hours putting it together but I'll be gutted if I spend that long building it just for it all to fall apart again!

SelfieStick · 18/09/2016 16:30

I can't find the play-doh link. Rae can you please re-post?

disneyprincesswannabe · 18/09/2016 16:36

needyounow depends how much you visit IKEA. Some things are cheaper, free hot drink mon-fri and you don't need the card in your purse as long as you have the app on your phone. I'd say get one but I'm biased as I love ikea, probably as much as I love Christmas

todayisabeautifulday · 18/09/2016 16:41

I have two questions for you all please! Have very little to do with bargains but I am sure I can get plenty of useful answers here so...

1- The Lakeland heated airers. I live in a house that has quite a fair bit of condensation in winter, so I have been refusing to buy one because I am worried that the airer will just put more humidity in the air. Do you find that to be so?

2- Flannel bed linen. I have been wanting them for ages and now with two little ones I think I should get them for the whole household. For those of you who use them. Do you feel warmer at night? (Sorry, sounds a bit funny put like that) And where did you buy them from? I'd rather spend more and have stuff that lasts than the other way around.

Thank you!

monkeyfacegrace · 18/09/2016 16:43

Arse bags, I now have a photo cushion of dd winging it way to me Grin

I haven't gone bargain hunting for a while, but I'll be on it like sonic tonight, so hopefully will find some things to post.
