Evening all!

Like last year, whilst Reastie takes a well deserved break, i am taking up the flag to start a new prequel thread.

Because again finishing the last one is depressing.

So....whose got any bargains?

todayisabeautifulday · 29/03/2016 22:05

Oh I have missed you so much! I kept finding bargains and thinking I had no one to share them with!
This website has loads for sale.
www.alexandalexa.com/
Some things are crazy expensive but there are lots of clothes quite cheap. I've started buying from them, the quality of what arrived is great and there's free returns anyway.

nickdrakeslovechild · 30/03/2016 09:46

Hello everyone Xmas Grin Signing in for duty! I already have a lot atually. Got some great bits in the sales in January and some brillian Sylvanian families stuff a week or so ago. If you are after any Sylvanian items pop them in your amazon basket and keep checking as the prices keep going up and down. I picked up the cosy cottage starter set for £14.90 and the squirrel family for £8.40.

The Aqua Beads beginners studio is £6.99

lollyj84 · 30/03/2016 14:07

Can i join in too? I adore xmas, it's the best time of year.
So far i have £200 in xmas kitty. I have bought xmas bedding for the boys and a batman fiigure in sainsburys which was £9.75 down from £13 and i had a few nectar points.

WhatTheFrikkinFrack · 30/03/2016 14:22

MissBeaHaving · 30/03/2016 14:48

Anyone with older children who's feet have stopped growing?
I bought a lovely pair of leather Ugg boots for Dd from schu imperfects for £35.
It's the second pair I've bought from them,I bought Dmil a pair last Christmas in place of slipper boots, can't find any fault!

MrsDeathOfRats · 30/03/2016 15:05

No older kids but my feet have stopped growing ;)

zipzap · 30/03/2016 16:46

Yay I've found you Xmas Grin

Love these threads!

John Lewis have 'special offers' on at the moment throughout the store, including 20% off playmobil and some left over christmas toys marked down quite a bit:

www.johnlewis.com/browse/special-offers/toys-special-offers/_/N-ei7?intcmp=cp_spe_smallblock_middlwe_easteroffersxtoysoffers_x220316

The Works also seems to have lots of offers on, most timed to end at midnight.

And if anyone is thinking of buying a camera in the run up to summer, then there's a great site that tells you where the cheapest price is for each different camera, lens and accessories. Nobody would ever call it a beautiful site but all the info is there, even if you have to hunt or squint at the small text a little:
www.camerapricebuster.co.uk/

lozabella · 30/03/2016 19:46

I'm here! Was on last years thread on and off under a different name! So glad it's back. No bargains to report. This is my year. I shall have Xmas bedding!

IdaShaggim · 31/03/2016 21:30

Oh shame the Aquabeads is back up in price already! I have 4 birthday parties to buy for over the next four weekends, so was hoping to purchase as a gift... Will have to be quicker next time! Good spot, though.

BicycleMadeForTwo · 31/03/2016 23:11

And we're back! Never too early to start. Few Amazon bargains here for any music lovers:

record coasters

music symbol keyring

music bookmarks

BicycleMadeForTwo · 31/03/2016 23:49

Some super cheap stuff from Aliexpress (can't vouch for quality but for a couple of pounds it might be worth a punt)

dressing gown -£2
Excuse the 'sexy' pics!

Emoji 30cm pillows - £3

SideOrderofChip · 01/04/2016 06:53

Brilliant family game.

hilbil21 · 01/04/2016 07:34

Place marking! Love Christmas - the earlier it starts the better!

MadisonAvenue · 01/04/2016 09:17

I'd love to join you - I love a Christmas bargain, or any bargain for that matter!

I got a lot of my shopping for family and friends done in the January sales but have two teenage sons to buy for so I'm always on the lookout for a bargain.

Avebury · 01/04/2016 10:16

Amazon have 4 for £10 on sticker books etc. 'Where's Santa' is included which is a good Christmas gift especially if you add a chocolate Santa.

SideOrderofChip · 01/04/2016 15:10

I do so love it when Christmas Lovers all converge in their natural habitat Grin
