Just incase anyones interested there's double VIP points if you buy from the lego store in October.
Just bought a couple of small christmas sets as stocking fillers.

notso · 12/10/2012 17:36

Also these lego lunchboxes are at least half the price of anywhere else I can see, they are good for storing little sets in too.

Just ordered 10 kids off book people (guess how much i love you collection!) using the XMAS262 code for free delivery. Thanks to whoever posted that!

Need to stop spending - this thread is dangerous!!!!! Grin

milkymocha · 12/10/2012 17:50

reastie · 12/10/2012 18:02

I've got a £10 off when you spend £75 at Tesco direct code emailed to me I won't use. I have no idea if it's a use once code or not but you're welcome to try. The code is TD-MXTN

Piemistress I disagree with waiting until 4 for Playmobil - DS has great fun with the ladder unit fire engine which he had from DMIL and DSIL for his 3rd birthday. We made sure to put it together before giving it to him, and I put away a small number of fiddly bits (the visors for the helmets, and the harness for the stretcher thingy - in hindsight I would add the walkie talkie!). That still leaves lots to play with and it is showing no signs of wear more than 6 months later.

Gave a friend's DD the ambulance for her 3rd birthday, and she has had no problems with that either.

Just choose a little wisely and you should be fine.

rhondajean · 12/10/2012 19:47

Who was looking for ghd deals?

I've got black ones here for £85 - cheapest I've seen.

I remember buying some heavily discounted M&S food hampers last year, start of December I think. Don't fancy having any shopping left to do in December though, not when I started so early!

Piemistress · 12/10/2012 20:16

Thank you isitmeor

Titsalinabumsquash · 12/10/2012 20:32

If anyone comes across a John Lewis code please let me know, seen something for MIL today in the local one. Smile

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 12/10/2012 20:39

Anyone after clothes or shoes, La Redoute has £30 off £60 spend, order code 0280. Just ordered dd2 a pair of needed trainers and got myself a free coat!

You get a free mock croc bag too which doesn't sound like something i would like but will be a great little present dd1.

SayHelloToMyLittleFriend · 12/10/2012 20:40

Thank you so much for the GLTC code, have just ordered my dd the car and caravan and little family, now just have to decide what doll house to get her :)

doublecakeplease · 12/10/2012 20:41

has anyone used the THANKS code on Molton Brown? tried it the other day and it worked but didn't get round to actually placing the order - tried just now and THANKS gives the option to choose the 'free' product but then puts it in the basket at full price??

doublecakeplease · 12/10/2012 20:50

Just thought - are Orla Kiely scarves the new MN badge? Going to be wondering everytime I see one from now on... ;)

SminkoPinko · 12/10/2012 20:56

Just saved almost £13 on a peppa pig phonics fun laptop thingy and an Everything's Rosie Doll on the 2 toys for £30 deal! Argos was already the cheapest place to get the Peppa Pig Learning Game I could find via googling- hurrah.

MooseyMoo · 12/10/2012 20:57

double you probably need to clear your cache in your browser.

MooseyMoo · 12/10/2012 21:01

Furby's £47.99 on amazon

Ha, iPad wanted to auto correct to fur boys Grin

Murtette · 12/10/2012 21:01

SayHello - my friend's DD has the ASDA doll's house and it is very good quality. I can't really see a difference between it and "better" brands. Her DD and my DD have had lots of fun playing with it in the past year.
