Why would he not be ok?

IHaveBrilloHair · 01/07/2021 17:27

He'll be fine.

Sirzy · 01/07/2021 17:27

It will be fine. Why are you worried about listeria?

Rosesareyellow · 01/07/2021 17:28

What?

UntilYourNextHairBrainedScheme · 01/07/2021 17:28

He will indeed be okay, unless they were mouldy or something, in which case s/he might vomit! Otherwise nothing to worry about.

GreyhoundG1rl · 01/07/2021 17:29

Listeria? Confused

sylbunny · 01/07/2021 17:30

Was it moldy or something? I can't quite work out what was wrong with it. Was it out of date?

GreyhoundG1rl · 01/07/2021 17:30

You really don't get listeria from pastry...

AlternativePerspective · 01/07/2021 17:30

Eh? Confused

firstimemamma · 01/07/2021 17:30

For perspective my toddler ate mud from the back garden yesterday! All was well. He'll be ok.

stellaisabella · 01/07/2021 17:31

Why would he get listeria from
A sausage roll? He'll be fine

LubaLuca · 01/07/2021 17:32

Presuming they were cooked and stored properly, what's the worry? Pastry is just flour and fat.

Buzzer3555 · 01/07/2021 17:32

My son once ate his own poo. He survived. A bit of pastry will do no harm

LittleBearPad · 01/07/2021 17:32

I assume he didn’t get it out the bin? He’ll be fine - honestly

Granohlaa · 01/07/2021 17:33

Why would he get listeria?

Onesailwait · 01/07/2021 17:33

I've eaten a good few sausage rolls this morning. So far so good 👍.

Ummm… Why would a 7 month old (or anybody) get listeria from a sausage roll? 🤯

Flipping eck! My 2 year old GS ate a whole Greggs sausage roll today. Should I put his parents on stand by in case he dies??

AlternativePerspective · 01/07/2021 17:37

Welcome to mn OP.

Buttons294749 · 01/07/2021 17:39

Once you get to your second DC that's what you'll wean them on 🤣🤣🤣

SpringRainbow · 01/07/2021 17:43

I am fairly certain that your baby will be absolutely fine.

Both mine ate far worse when younger.

You are fighting a loosing battle when they are old enough to pick stuff up and put it in their mouth, they can be surprisingly fast and sneaky.

20viona · 01/07/2021 17:46

Madness

MrMeSeeks · 01/07/2021 17:47

What? He’s 7 months, age baby starts trying food, hows going to get listeria?!
