Employers of nannies ...

After my absolutely disasterous experience of hiring a nanny, I'm thinking of setting up an email-based support group for employers of nannies. Would anyone be interested in joining?

*the words "employer" and "nanny" should be interpreted broadly.

I know what I think of a nanny who leaves her charges in the care of somebody else whilst she sits on Mumsnet running down the very boss who is paying her to look after her children.

That in my book is not a good nanny.

Could I join please? I am in between nannies at the moment.
