Think my scan date is 13/11.
Hoping I hear soon but having read this thread, looks like it could be a long wait!

How long after being awarded do you get your first pay? There's nothing on the letter.. I know it's every 4 weeks but is this from the day u get awarded

I've just come off the phone and a decision has been made but the man on the phone couldn't tell me what it was, I'm thinking for sure it's a decline now. Scan date 5/10.

Scan date 15/10 and assume I've been awarded something as the back payment went into my account today, but they haven't actually told me what or how long for! Is this a case of the letter's in the post or do I need to chase?

I think the letter tells you the award but you could ring to see

@27Rosie16 did he say he couldn’t see or would he just not tell you? That’s awful leaving you wondering. I’ve got everything crossed for you that it’s an award. X

@WhereDidTheTimeGo888 I said to him "so a decisions been made but you can't tell me?" He said that's right 😩so deflated, just makes you anxious waiting doesn't it x

Congrats you sure that’s your scan date as that date was a Sunday you can usually work out what rates by dividing the amount you got by the amount of weeks you were owed including the weeks after you rang for the form if you returned it within 6 weeks

@27Rosie16 that’s awful! Could you ring up and try and speak to someone else? Hopefully get someone at least a bit more helpful and then you’d know what you’re dealing with.

@Lindsey89 I double checked when I asked him whether a decision has been made and he said yeah, I doubt I'll hear by the end of the week and I just wanted to know if it was a decline then I could start gathering what I need for a MR. Hopefully you get the news you want x

Rang this morning and my son's been awarded 😁 HRC LRM for 5 years!!! Absolutely thrilled after such a long and anxious wait. Scan date 10/10
No payment yet but said should be in the bank over the next few days.

Does anyone know what it means when dla say the claim is in a holding queue? Does this mean its close to being a decision or does it mean nothing? x

My son is 9 and diagnosed with ASD and ADHD he also suffers from feet conditions which he's under OT and physiotherapy for x
