Scan date 13/10 caved in and phoned spoke to a lovely lady to check her if letter of support was on system and whether there was an update on the award no decision yet

Scan date 11/10 on hold now but expecting a couple more weeks wait. Will update once I get through

Im having problems with UC. I told them about the dla high rate care award for daughter, and asked for backdate to the 27/9 they have changed all my previous statements now but have not included the child disability element on any of them. I have sent a message on my journal saying i can see my updated statements dont include the high disability element on there. And they responded with that is on your February statement going forward.

@WhereDidTheTimeGo888 finally got through after 1 hour 15 mins on hold! Only just been allocated to a case manager today so looking at another 3-4 weeks! X

Would be amazing if they could have an online progress system so we can check for updates. Then all the ppl answering phones could be trained up as decision makers lol imagine. X

Parking here.. 18.10 scan date for a change of circumstances anyone else similar heard anything yet? Rang a few times but not going to bother anymore as most people I’ve spoke to have been rude and unhelpful x

Mine was scanned on the 4/11 which was a Saturday

My messages to uc haven't even been acknowledged yet however the same day I updated it an agent updated my work plan, they can do that but not respond to messages, it's a joke, we stress and worry about our kids and the wait for dla is crippling, you'd think they would care a bit and sort it quicker for us

@oneinthehand13 another 3-4wks?! Everyone seems to get told different waiting times. At least it’s with a CM though. Hopefully it’ll be much quicker than that for you. 🤞🏻 x

No I asked about a letter of support I’d sent in January they confirmed they had that I asked if a decision was made she said no but won’t be much longer that was it

I think they are just telling every one 20 to stop people calling and when we do call they are giving us a longer timeframe than they know it will take so we dont call , but its stressful and so hard not to.
Called for forms 2/10
Scan date 10/11
Im on week 13 on friday.
Extra evidence sent 23/1 and its still not on the system.
Another 7 weeks seems like a life time wait 🙈🙈🙈

I rang them 2 days ago to change bank details and I asked for a update they said just still in a que xx

@Jonesy0102 seems alot of then arnt giving alot of information to anyone just the odd few that are the wait continues 😩

Hopefully we haven’t got long left to wait, they said that to me holding queue does that mean close or is it just their way of saying your not being looked at yet lol xx
