Scan date 18/10 for coc

Scan date 02/10 so 18 weeks wait by my count.

Rang today and is with the decision maker... Desperate for a good outcome, dreading a decline.

Can anyone help me please my son was awarded Friday how long after will I receive payment

Is this for backdating? Mine has been with a decision maker for 2 weeks! It took ages for them to verify our claim was correct, that I was telling the truth going from mrc to hrc! I have messaged and they just say I just need to wait and they can't give me time scales!

Love to know the logic behind you gets texts and who doesnt? Would be nice to have something to confirm they haven't forgotten. 🤷‍♀️

I think the first text is sent out at or around 15 weeks as I felt the same as you and then finally recieved one myself 🤣

Ahh well here's hoping I get one soon 🤞🤞

Change of circumstances scan date 27th Sept - previously on HRC
Awarded back pay for 18 and a bit weeks of HRM this morning! Absolutely over the moon. Was fully expecting having to do MR at the very least.

How long roughly did you all get your scan date from actually sending the forms. Or any confirmation that they had been recieved?

@flea101 yes for backdating on uc. I was surprised it was so fast - it just doesn’t say when I will receive the payment x

@flea101 just logged on and my payment is due 8th February so definitely get on to them x

1st letter 9th Jan to say scan date received
2nd letter 11th Jan to say up to 15 weeks wait.
also sent my sons renewal today due to expire 27/04/24 anyone did a renewal or have a time frame? Xx

hi, I think I got a letter about 3-4 weeks after I sent off the forms. Only had 1 text and that was at 15wks.

So can date 4/11
No letters
Text yesterday to say still looking at it.
I was beginning to think it was lost 🤷‍♀️

@Summerrp I got a letter about a month after sending the forms saying they were scanned onto the system a day after they received them. I always send anything to DLA first class special delivery, worth paying the extra for piece of mind x

@Holllymum I no your question wasn’t for me but I’ve only had 2 letters as well and no texts yet my scan date is the 22/11 xx

@Geordiemam33 hey I’ve just had to do a renewal for a claim due to end in march still hadn’t heard anything so was really worried I rang today they’ve told me hees been awarded again but only for a year they received my renewal forms 8/10 only for ringing I wouldn’t of known as had no texts or letters to say he qualified again so I would ring about 5 weeks before the claim is due to end and see if they have an update for
you xx
