Thread following on from part 27

@Lindsey89 my friend only waited 12 weeks she got awarded in January. The times and system just doesnt make any sence. They need a website where people can track their claims that would help people alot , as it is so stressful x

Long time watcher here!
My scan date was 4/10
I rang for a update last Thursday and they said it wasn't with a decision maker yet but when I rang today on the off chance they told me a decision was made last week! We was awarded and didn't receive a text or anything.

@Sunflower1808 i was told ring back in March at the very beginning so i sat on it and respected that but then I'm seeing people get awarded past my date makes me. More anxious ares will be on a desk with someone that's takes a while get round to them my daughter really needs a sensory room within the house and with out this it's gunna be so difficult to do it for her i can wait but her needs cant x

Hi all I sent my forms away a week ago today, I haven't recieved any confirmation yet to say they have been recieved.
The problem is I already have another piece of evidence I need to add. Can anyone tell me the process of this please ?

Can someone help with Tax Credits please? How much should I be expected to get in back payment for a child awarded HRC starting 19 weeks ago? I’m confused how it works sorry

@Jonesy0102 @Sunflower1808 justa manged to get through she was lovely but couldn't give me much information she said my evidence hadnt been recevevd from what she can see and she doesn't know where my claims upto so instated its been nearly 17 weeks so wanted to
Know if any progress she said she don't have that information in front of her but it's wont be long and to call back beginning of next week feel more nervous now.

@jodee1608 4/10 same scan date still no decision they said yesterday don't wanna ring again today just to be told the same .

Send photocopies of originals to same address and do it via signed for delivery that way you have proof they’ve received it you can send evidence in up until they make a decision

Is that what the person on the phone said I rang up before but when it mentioned 20 weeks I put phone down 😂

@Lindsey89 the system is really not good,i have seen people have their evidence scanned the next day. I dont have too much hope left anymore starting to think maybe i should just start trying to sort some bits imcase i need to do a MR. Hopefully if she cant see it means its with a DM x

They told me they didn't have a decision last week and it was made the next day so fingers crossed you get a decision in the next couple of days

@Jonesy0102 yes she said that information isnt available to her she can see all the evidence I sent in October but when I said it's been 17 weeks she just kept repeating I can assure ya it won't be long I don't know what make of it ill give it til next week like she said and ring back.

@Sunflower1808 would she not be able to see if with dm as many ppl have been told its with a dm just seemed very off she couldnt say where its upto makes me think more a decline and i dont know what extra evidence I can send fpr mr they have eveything apart from her genntics report which they haven't received yet and her ehcp which is in progress x

Thank you, so any extra evidence just put in envelope and send to the same address? I'm guessing just add his name and NHS number to top of page ?

Thanks for letting me know sorry I didn’t see the first of your last two messages but seen it now if I hear I’ll let you know it’s mad seeing people get awards after your scan date or well before it adds to the Angst of it all x

@Jonesy0102 i know it's made my anxiety worse tbh wished I didn't bother ringing don't think I'll bother ringing with my sons once that's sent off makes the wait worse

@Lindsey89 i honestly havent a clue any more , as some people have said thwy have said its with the dm some say the person say they cant. I generally think the people on the phone make it up as they go along just to stop people calling.
I havent got much more either only a letter saying physio have received the ots referral and a ehcp which like you is in progress , and the evidence i sent 2 weeks ago that they dont have yet so may have to use that again if i get a decline x

Does anyone no how long renewals are taking ? My claim is up begining of march I’ve filled & sent all forms back but still not heard anything ?
