Has anybody rang and not had their reference number? I can’t find the letter for the life of me. Just want to know if it’s pointless for me to ring or not🤦🏻‍♀️

Do they accept forms late to the day that you phoned?

Did they say on the phone what date it was awarded?

@Paige36 yep. I've called 3x and 3x I didn't have reference number to hand. They ask for child's name and dob. Then ask security questions.

I sent mine on Fri 10 Nov by recorded delivery; it was signed for on Monday 13 Nov and I received a letter confirming receipt on 13 Nov in early December.

@funinthesun19 I didn't ask, was in shock that it was awarded. It went to cm on 18/12. They said back pay would be paid 5 working days from today so at a guess would say only just decided x

Has anyone had decision made with no text, who have had texts in the waiting time?
I’ve had a few texts to tell me they’re looking at it but nothing more yet. Am on week 18

@HKiSm its hit and miss if you get a text. Not everybody does, depends which dm deals with you

Yes me, I'm getting very impatient now. Scan date 15/08 I can't call until next week either as I'm working!

@KeepGoingThomas thankyou for all that information we live in Staffordshire I have no clue what’s available here for him. I will Google all that you said. They are trying for like some sort of outdoor school but I don’t think that will work either because he won’t go. If he could do something online regarding his gaming passion then that may work .

I’ve just woken up to a payment in my bank in utter shock. It’s worked out as lrc and lrm which I’m a bit surprised on. The lrc I thought would be at least middle rate as I have to help my 12 year old wash herself, use the bathroom, do her hair dress herself and I’m up for hours every night with her as she doesn’t sleep. Scan date 5/09 so wasn’t expecting anything yet
