Omg it’s 20 weeks for you tomorrow 😣 Fingers crossed you are right at the top of the pile on Tuesday!

I understand that there are a great many children that need and deserve this help but the system is flawed people getting awarded with September dates! And I’m happy the have been awarded but there needs to be a more sensible way of working on each case. I sent off school reports Echp statements etc so plenty of evidence! Tried to ring on Friday and cut off after 2 hours 7 mins. My main argument is if its declined you have minimal time to ask for an MR and get evidence back but we have to wait nearly 20 weeks ( for me) to get an answer . Good luck to everyone who is still waiting no matter what let’s keep fighting for our children

Just seen a scan date of 24/09. This is ridiculous 😓

I sometimes wonder if some people are telling the truth you know. The first week of September I can believe but 24/09 nah! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Do you know if they was awarded or declined I'm 19/09 and getting anxious now just want to know

I don't see why people would lie about it unless they're trying to piss people off 🤷 I saw another one where they weren't anon and she said she'd been awarded 16weeks exactly and got the back pay and asking what the rates were with the back pay money.

@RaychieBee I wonder if the longer claims are gathering evidence from drs/schools etc.

I'm hoping to hear before end of January I'm 15 weeks Tuesday I just want to know and if it's declined I can prepare for a mr as I have more evidence now, I also applied August 7th but they are saying they received it back late when I sent it with enough time hoping they will back date thou if it is award as it was only 1 day late I would be putting in a complaint if I got to 20 weeks

@123456789kk I'm 19weeks on Monday. Yeah I just want to know if it's been declined or not 😂 I have no further evidence though.

Maybe they sent absolute proof, loads of reports etc. ? Our letter states they will work as quick as they can depending on having to contact gp/professionals. Maybe this is what takes the time on some of the earlier dates in Aug, I'm also 24/09 and not got anything yet. I mean we all know how difficult it can be to get hold of gp, paediatrician team etc.

My scan date is September 21st I have not even had a text I called to make sure they got it I sent it as recorded delivery on the 8th of September but got scanned in on 21st of September

I’m 18 weeks on Friday, after hearing few people saying what I’d wrote and some things about my son they all said same as a normal 2 year old so probably decline so now I’m just like hm gunna decline then

@Nanto4 same date here and I'm still waiting 😔 it's awful the not knowing more than anything then seeing people with later dates getting their answers, it's a horrible system 😫

@logangracie93 oh that’s great to see a scan buddy but this is a horrible wait especially when so many have been awarded after us I will let you know if I hear anything 🙏

@Nanto4 I'll do the same 👌🏽 I rang up a couple of weeks ago and was told to expect a decision between xmas and new year which never happened 🤦🏼‍♀️ just hoping there's good news when they reopen because I've seriously had enough of the whole thing now

@logangracie93 i rang on the 20th and it was apparently with DM Just taking so long I’m hoping for answer next week and will try and ring on Tuesday wishing you all the luck 🍀 x

Hoping there is good news for lots of us this week. Although fed up of waiting, I don’t have the patience to call again.

@Linacre96 my little boy sounds the same as yours, he’s 2 and a half non verbal, can’t communicate anything at all, can’t feed himself etc. I’m expecting a decline but I know myself his needs are well beyond that of your average 2 and a half year old, he’s more like a 12 month old. I’m 17 weeks today so not expecting to hear anytime soon. Would be keen to know if your little one gets accepted or not with similar circumstances. Good luck 🤞🏻 x
