Continuing on from part 23 as it was getting full

If my DD’s claim is declined what is the MR process like? Do I need to fill in some more forms? I’m fully preparing myself for the worst but I want to know exactly what to do if it happens. Does the claim just simply get sent to a different decision maker?

She has an appointment with her paediatrician next Friday, so I’d have a new report to send if needed.

@Calypsomum I'm 21st. Every call handler seems to have their own theories and time lines. You could call again and the next person will tell you something completely different.

@Ash894 called today they said working on week 17 i said im on that now. she said mines not looked at or on way to whoever . she said beginning of january x

@TiredFairy81 Yeah I was paid last week, they said it would take upto 5 working days to go in my bank. Think it took 3 days. Hope you get a decision soon love x

I’ve heard nothing was going to ring but been so busy at work today

Messaged on my journal yesterday for uc to update them about dla ... decision maker said yes to back pay yesterday rang me today to say money will be in my account Friday...
It's quick if you have a actual work coach so shouldn't wait too long to get the back pay :)

My concern is now schools are off for 2 weeks does this now potentially delay them further?

Mines the 6th September. I'm guessing we won't hear a thing now until the new year.

I'm 21/08 and heard nothing and told my claim wasn't being looked at for another 3/4 weeks. Told me not to ring back till Feb.

Has anyone who was awarded from around the 14th had their back payment yet?

I'm only on one text too but that's my own fault as I've changed number and not managed to get through to give them my new one. X
