How come some people are still waiting from begging of august for it to go to a Dm but some people who have dates after are being awarded? Scan date 17/08 not with DM yet

Apparently they claim they send some to different departments when they are extra busy . Also different dms work at different rates. It really isn't fair tho. I asked to speak to a case manager who marked mine as urgent x

Yes mine have gone up I'm old style benifits but they didn't backdate they upped my payments fir next 3 months instead of lump sum

Hello all, just an update on anyone waiting to hear from universal credit I updated them Friday morning and just got a phone call saying there back dating disability element and carers element from the date I applied for dla and will be in my bank this Thursday, hope you all hear soon finger crossed to you all x

Hi I have been watching for a while I have just received a text to say my child qualifies I had 2 claims in so had to ring to see which child was awarded it was my youngest daughter she was awarded mrc and lrm till 2025 scan date 14th august,still waiting to see if my 12 year old qualifies scan date also 14th August

Rang yesterday and was told mine is with a cm now and expect a text any time now. Still waiting and getting more anxious

Scan date 18/8, not sure when it went to cm they didn't say.

Hi every one just to update, ours went to dm yesterday as we were awarded today mrc for my 2yr old for 2 years. Scan date is 15/08. So 18 weeks exactly since scan date. We are on universal credit so does anyone have any advice on what I need to do now please? Xx

@Mojo161989 did you call up over your MR they told me today it’s now a 8 week wait I can’t believe it I was told 3 weeks I’m on week 4 too so looks like another long 4 weeks.

@Ash894 i just seen on fb someone with the 25th was awarded and had a txt yesterday maybe there is hope for us im still calling tomorrow x

Anyone that has asked uc for a backdate how long was it with a decision maker before you got a decision please? I was told yesterday when I called that someone would look at my case and get back to me today but all I've had today is someone else say it's been passed to a decision maker so I doubt I'll hear anything today now 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Lauren2121 Hiya I got message from descion maker yesterday to say they going to backpay under special circumstances that it so far , I have message today . So how long in total did u wait for the backpayment

Hi, I've been watching quietly for a while whilst waiting for my sons new claim, my scan date was 15th August and I got a text today to say he qualifies. Hope you all aren't waiting too much longer xxx
