@cocoapple It could be. When I called to ask for rates he said it would be in my bank by Tuesday. Have you called them?

Scan date 21/8. Called at 9am and got straight through. Very helpful lady, but said still not with a DM. Probably looking at second week of Jan. I did tell her we are quite stressed as we can no longer afford my daughter's therapist and we need to let her therapist know if we can continue with her by the end of December or we will lose her 😔 This is massive for us as she's making such a difference. She was very sympathetic and seemed genuinely sorry for the times taking but they are so snowed under, there's nothing they can do to speed it up. She suggested calling back end of next week to check it's with a DM

scan date 17/08 rang today she said first week of august are just coming back in the department so mid January, she said anyone with a later date getting awarded might have been passed to a different department bc of the amount they have

Rang up th8s morning ... little boy got high rare care low rate mobility backdated from 12th August not the 14 like I thought ... till 2027 honestly so relived ... she said payment till be in bank by Friday

Mines been in a holding que for 1week now. Still not with a CM , was just told looking likely to be January because they stop on Friday with only a few working the weekend apparently. I asked if I could be notified by text when the time comes they said it's automatically texted ( well clearly not for all ) it's such a joke all the information is so different on each call, it's clear the claims are being decided randomly with later/earlier scan dates done argh, so disappointed I really wanted to surprise my son with his sensory set up for Christmas original date (15wks) would have been the beginning of December 🙄 I know we're all in the same boat excuse my ranting in just so frustrated with it. Congrats on all the awards and GL/fingers crossed those still waiting hope we hear soon!

I think the 2nd texts are around 3 weeks after the first, so could come any day, but of course things change all the time. Like the recent introduction of the 3rd texts.

I'm not on universal credit I'm on old style benefits does anyone no if I get extra tax credits when child gets dla .

@Ilovemychildren123 I am waiting for them to call me, they have lost my evidence so the postal/scanning team are searching for it. They promised me a callback within a few days (that was yesterday) xx
