I've just sent another letter and an a4 page of more info via special delivery hoping it doesn't take an age to be scanned with his claim. How long should I leave it before I call again do you guys think? I'm at 15 weeks today hoping not much longer 😣

Hi how do I upload photo lol @Hardingcl it said they have accepted special circumstance in why I was late telling them my change….so basically means they accepted it and I will get backpay but that will tell me on next letter how much etc xxxxxx

For the person asking about payment dates - it's every 4 weeks on the Wednesday from when you received backpay i believe

@Mariannec i was awarded on Saturday 2nd and it went into my account on wed, so 3 business days. When I rang the lady said my next payment will be 2nd Jan, so I think it’s a month after award day

Can I just say we have some lovely people on here all take the time to answer and look out for each other I hope each and everyone of u get what u definitely deserve for your children 💜I don’t think I will hear till after Christmas and prob be a decline xx

I called today after a 1 hour and 40 minutes wait. My daughter was awarded yesterday. I haven't received a text. My scan date was the 03/08

I might call again tomorrow as I turn 18 weeks seen a few early August's been awarded, congratulations! The wait is just so LONG, and they tell me something different each time I call. Good luck all x

@Dolliesmama so if you have a DM that's training then a case manager (cm) needs to check the decision is right. Also some CM are doing the new claims too to get through them faster

@Kelseeyx honestly so relieved for you. Hopefully this time next week we're all crying because payments have gone in x

@MrsB97 yours probably went to a DM today or the next couple of days, if you call Monday you might have better luck at getting a decision x
