Following on from part 22 as it is about to become full! 😊

On hold to check they’ve got my extra evidence and to say they will have even more coming… let’s see how long it is before I get cut off 😒

15 minutes was all it took , well at least it wasn’t an hour odd

Anyone on the 03/08 scan date? Any news? I’m on pins but I’m working and don’t have the time to be waiting on the phone for so long

@Cherrycokeandchocolatecake i have 3 applications in for 3/8, 2 are with a DM and the other should be going over in the next few days x

So hopefully within the next week we should be hearing something or receiving payments

I only called on Tuesday but I want to call again today 😬 feel like I can't though cause they've already said 21 weeks and I'm only on 18 weeks today.

I'm 14/8 just got through 20 minutes on hold. the lovely lady said they're currently looking at the start of August and our date will most likely be decided between Christmas and New Year 🤞🏼

Anyone know if they log when you've called? 😂 Currently on hold but it's making me feel anxious haha.

@Kelseeyx I'm on hold too and wondering the exact same.
Same scan date as you on 03/08 so lets see if we get told the same thing 😂

@Kelseeyx I had to hang up for an impromptu work meeting. Back to the beginning of the queue for me 😩

I called to see if any update I knew wouldn't be as I'm 18th August but he said basically they are taking 20 to 21 weeks to be sorted .
I think it's ridiculous how we are told 15 to start with then it gets pushed further .

@Rebeccanew I called UC yesterday and she said it should be done by deadline 17th December but that the end of my assessment period. As my assessment period runs 18th to 17th. I made the change 22nd November.
I have made the change within this assessment period so that would kinda make sense but it would save the worry if they just told you that straight away!

can I just ask for anyone else who has requests back payment UC. Have they sorted it before the next payment date?

@Hardingcl as they promised I would hear by yesterday or this morning! Still no message no surprise there though hey! Xxxxx

@Rebeccanew its absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully you get sorted before your next payment date. It’s a lot of money so I am not leaving it if we owed them they would be right in us xx

How long has anyone waited on a EP report? I had panel meeting 2 weeks ago just wondering what the normal timeframe is xx

I called this morning, managed to get through, was told our claim hasn't been looked at yet, and is taking 21 weeks 😲... Could someone confirm the address to send more evidence please if they have it? X

@Kelseeyx That's what I'm going to ask for. Its so stressful isn't it. I don't normally get anxious but this whole process is so bad.
How long have you been on hold?

@Kelseeyx and @Ames52 fingers crossed that you get a decision or it's at least with a DM. Xxx don't let them bully you either, they've sent no communication to say the goal posts have changed. How are you meant to know what's happening unless you call x good luck x

I'm ringing every day as its been with the CM since last Monday. Praying for a decision soon as the wait is so hard. Just hope they accept so we can get my son the extra help he needs to improve his quality of life
