20th July was my scan date, wemt to Dm Wednesday & was done yesterday. No txt r anything xx

@MammyAng84 Now I wish I'd had time to call today, I'm 19/07 and was with DM on Friday

I didn’t think I would get an answer as it was about 5.15, I’m not gonna believe it until I get the letter

Called today as scan date is 14/7 to be told that the recieved it on 01/08 which is 3 weeks off. I have 2 letters from dla stating they recieved it on the 14/7 and post office receipt. 🥲. Its not with a DM yet due to this reason. I'm so annoyed as we've been waiting 19 weeks today...

@MangoPepsiLover I called this afternoon, mines been with a DM since Monday scan date 19/07 and it's still not been looked at x

Our scan date is 19/07, I called Monday, it was given to DM that day. Called Wednesday still with DM. Called today and its been given to a CM 😕

my son does exactly the same. He is 5. he loves water but hates getting his clothes or shoes the slightest bit wet and starts stripping off. He flooded the toilet in school last week by putting a toilet roll in it

i also have a date of 21/07. The wait is driving me nuts. I have to start the process of transitioning from tax credits to universal credit but I'm holding out until a have a response from DLA.

Just rang up to do change of address was awarded on 22nd November wouldn’t have known if hadn’t rang scan date 20th July

Just called for update but message said don't stay on line if it's less that 20 weeks. Scan date 8th August. Has anyone ignored the message and stayed on the line? 😊

Hey!!! I just got my first text saying they are still looking. I submitted on 27/09. That's a good sign right?

Yes! Definitely a good sign. In about 3 weeks time you should receive your second text. And then roughly about 5 weeks after that the DM should be making a decision.
My scan date was 24th August.
First text 31st October
Second text 21st November.

My scan date Was 22/8 and 2nd text 7/11....Good luck!!!

@Rebeccanew yeah I phoned them.up and made an adviser put it on my journal that I'm waiting to hear back I received my back.pay few days ago

@Sskanf ohh what did you say to them on phone? Mine been with decision maker since day of award they don’t rush do they xxxxx

I just said I've put a message on my journal I'd like a work coach to take a look please as it's been a while I've been waiting for a response. Then the advisor sent a msg over to work coach and put on my journal that I'm waiting to hear back within 3 days at most. Try that it worked for me both times x

Hi Iv been waiting for uc to send to decision maker since 21st nov. It then was sent on to one on sat with lots of badgering. Iv called and asked them to push it along and Iv been told today in journal they’ve said it can’t be rushed! X
