I caved and called this morning. Scan date 03/08 in a holding queue waiting to be assigned and told to call back in 2 weeks

@crazytimes20 tbh I think they just say what you wanna hear or just don’t really look
properly half the time drives you mad . Just be honest and say we ain’t got to yours yet lol . Instead of it’s in a holding queue it’ll go to a dm next week I’ve heard that for weeks now 🙈

Your next letter will be the amount owed to you, and then the money was in my bank 2 days later @Asdmummyhere i did reply back to this letter under payment saying that you will I next hear when it’s been calculated? And that may have sped it up 😂 as I got my amount letter later that day.

@Hardingcl i got a 2 year award from June so will be a few of us all waiting again at renewal x

A friend has just been awarded for her DS, her scan date was 2/8, yet somebody else I know is still waiting from 20/7. I wonder if sometimes it’s random

@cocoapple cant believe that because there’s still a person waiting from 14/07 and my scan dates 19/07 and still more with the 19th waiting it should be structured probably why it takes even longer

Anybody else feel worse knowing it’s with Dm than did with the wait to get there? Honestly since found it’s at the Dm my anxiety is sky high & it’s taken over my every thought to point I’m now thinking decline & panicking everytime my phone beeps

@MammyAng84 me too. Especially since she wouldn’t tell me when it went to dm. Have you called again since?

@MammyAng84 yes my anxiety’s through the roof every text I get I think it’s DWP constantly on my phone checking my bank just in case they forgot to text. I’m feeling the same as it’s been with CM since Monday

I rang Monday to b told no where then when I rang yesterday they said it went to Dm Wednesday but only said it can take upto 10 days for an answer off them but the longer it’s taking the worse I’m feeling as I don’t think I have anymore fight cos I’ve spent since I was pregnant fighting for him xx

Hi. Just wondering if the statement of reasons given over the phone will show the same as the letter I've just received?

A happy update - I called today (no text received) and my boy has been awarded LRM and MRC 🎉🥳

It took 13 days with the DM before a decision was made. Overall, our claim took 19 weeks.

Sending you all best wishes, lots of hug and good luck! The process is SO stressful, especially when looking after a child with additional needs. ❤️

Hi any advice on uc? I was awarded on Tue for dla. I put a msg on my journal and every day since. Not even a reply to say we’re busy or sorry hang in. Iv put another msg on to say I’d like to make a complaint x
