Linacre96 · 23/11/2023 11:22

Linacre96 · 23/11/2023 11:23

Have you rang up today?

126t · 23/11/2023 11:33

Linacre96 thank you for telling me the wait time I called yesterday my renewal is October 24 as well

AgaLaura2Olivia · 23/11/2023 11:41

Called just now over 1 hour waiting time
My scan18/7 on Tuesday been told with DM, no text received, on Tuesday lady put on the note that I would like one, my daughter received LRM and MRC and I think I was told up to 2030 is it even possible or I have misheard it. The lady I was spiking to was like in a rush not very kind when I wanted her to repeat it she abruptly ended the call. At least I have the decision. Good luck to everyone else❤️

Stressedsoph1 · 23/11/2023 11:52

well they've received my sons renewal on 7th November. the letter quotes the up to 15 weeks. is this just a standard letter or should I be worried his existing claim ends December 28th. the letter doesn't mention renewal at all

MammyAng84 · 23/11/2023 12:00

I’ve tried to ring 4 times & it just keeps cutting me off after the options

AgaLaura2Olivia · 23/11/2023 12:03

@Stressedsoph1 I was renewing my sons claim on 19/7 scanned and received new decisions just before 10/09

Stressedsoph1 · 23/11/2023 12:06

did you get a letter confirming receipt if so did that letter mention renewal or was it just the usual we've received your claim

Linacre96 · 23/11/2023 12:09

Middle of March I would say be looked at x

roki · 23/11/2023 12:10

Stressedsoph1 · 23/11/2023 12:21

I can relax for a little while now. I'm told they try to do renewals close to.renewal.date so plenty of time yet
