DLA wait times part 21… (2023)

Following on from part 19 as it will soon be full! 😊

19/07 been with a DM since Monday and still no decision yet x

mine is the 21/07 and I called yesterday still not with CM the lady said should be end of this week or next week 🙄

How many weeks is coc my scan date is September 21 but not had any text or letter I phoned and they said it was scanned September 21

My scan date 22nd June she said this morning could be upto first week in December

At the moment COC waiting times are 24 weeks there just doing middle of June x

Linacre96 thank you for telling me the wait time I called yesterday my renewal is October 24 as well

Called just now over 1 hour waiting time
My scan18/7 on Tuesday been told with DM, no text received, on Tuesday lady put on the note that I would like one, my daughter received LRM and MRC and I think I was told up to 2030 is it even possible or I have misheard it. The lady I was spiking to was like in a rush not very kind when I wanted her to repeat it she abruptly ended the call. At least I have the decision. Good luck to everyone else❤️

well they've received my sons renewal on 7th November. the letter quotes the up to 15 weeks. is this just a standard letter or should I be worried his existing claim ends December 28th. the letter doesn't mention renewal at all

I’ve tried to ring 4 times & it just keeps cutting me off after the options

@Stressedsoph1 I was renewing my sons claim on 19/7 scanned and received new decisions just before 10/09

did you get a letter confirming receipt if so did that letter mention renewal or was it just the usual we've received your claim

Middle of March I would say be looked at x

@Stressedsoph1 exactly the same letter like everyone is receiving claiming first time, we received your claim, no mention about renewal

I can relax for a little while now. I'm told they try to do renewals close to.renewal.date so plenty of time yet

My scan date for COC is 16th June and I was told today when I called it is with a DM hopefully not much longer for u

@roki I know me too 😭 I've not seen any at all. I was hoping it would go fairly fast, but seems to have slowed right down.

Finally managed to get through & on hold, hopefully went to a Dm & not at a stand still again 🤞🏻🤞🏻
