@Famofsend so strange how they deal with the claims! I'm in Norwich. I hope to hear next week though 🤞🏻😂 yeah I'm not feeling confident at all, definitely thinking my son will be declined. Good luck! xx

@Mrsstephens04 am thinking from next week they will start processing week starting of 20th july, because at the moment we are seeing alot of up to 19th july, am 25th july. am not expecting a reply before december.

@Purple69 I will keep my fingers crossed for you, My sons diagnosed adhd, as well as autism traits (he's waiting on autism assessment atm, waiting lists are soo bad) and motor tics. We've been under the community paeds since he was 3/4 years old, I struggled so much then with zero support I wasn't even aware I could apply for dla, it would be such a big help, wished I knew sooner tbf. I sent with the claim , at the time the most recent letter from them which highlights all of his difficulties as well as their observation of him on the day. Would it be worth sending in more written evidence from myself? I don't want to delay it any further 🙈 I've convinced myself I didn't put/send enough and will be rejected. Despite being nearly 7 my sons needs are more than my just turned 5yr old, he's quite intense love him lol x

@Anniemumof3 good luck. I was 18/7 and got tex this morning. My LO awarded MRC and LRM for 2 years until June 2025.

I sent a letter for a mandatory reconsideration around 4 weeks ago. Does anyone know how long this is taking

Hey guys I know they say it takes 3 - 5 working days for back payment, was sent yesterday what's the likelihood it will be Friday which is three days, just curios really how long it knight have took for others. If not it can take up until Tuesday coz of working days. Thanks and hope you all get the answers you deserve asap x

recieved a text today to say I qualify.

After being told my scan date was moved to 27/7 and also being told yesterday it won’t be ready for a couple of weeks, I hope this gives you all a bit of hope.

@FJVH congratulations , did they sort your scan date pretty easily? Mines a whole month out from my other sons but they was sent the same date

Finally got through said went to case manager yesterday but will take 10 to 14 days for decision as they have work load to get through so ring back in two weeks if haven’t heard anything

We were scanned 1/08 but exactly the same text dates fingers crossed we hear in the next couple weeks x

Do we know if claims are sent to DM’s in your area/ borough or is this just one of the theories? xx
