Been on the phone since 4 as got a message to say daughter qualifies, have a feeling I will be cut off 😭😭 scan date 14/7

I updated uc about carers element and disabled child element, she told me she's done the carers and I could also get disabled child element and I said if you look further down its been done and she said this
When she says have a decision on arrears does she mean what they owe me 🤔 I'm used to arrears meaning I owe someone 🤣🤣 xxx

she was lovely tbf and said it could be anytime now. I’d either get a text or a letter x

I had the same response today 🙏.

Congrats to everyone awarded. Calling again tomorrow as scan date 13/07. Hopefully will know something this week. 🤞to the rest of us still in limbo. Xox

I think what's she's trying to say is she didn't notice the disabled child element so has sent that off to a dm for have a look at. Arrears is money owed by then xxx

Finally got through, little one was awarded hrc-lrm so bloody chuffed for her. Scan date 14-7

Good luck @Tmxx same service centre as me. She has referred it to a DM for backpay. Hopefully you won’t have a long wait. Keep me updated when they come back to you xx

I rang earlier this afternoon scan date 26/7 loveliest man said I SHOULD be with a DM by the end of next week as it will be looked at very soon but could still take 3 weeks but to ring again next Friday for an update

@Sskanf are you ringing tomorrow hun….I think it’s stupid I think they shouldn’t move onto any piles unless all that workload is done but we should hear by end week I would imagine xxxxxxx
