Following on from part 19 as it’s about to become full.

@Sskanf @Rebeccanew its literally gave me a migraine today stressing over it! Work has not helped soooo busy. I was told Monday with a CM then today its with a DM, losing faith in it all right now xxx

@Mumofasd3 Congratulations! Great you got award and great you got the txt! Did you get through to find out rates?
as you know I’m same date, same last txt and same city as you and I’ve heard nothing and I’ve also not been able to get through and speak to anyone! Despite calling again before and being on hold 34 mins before being cut off again! 😭 That’s 3 hours now over the last 2 days listening to that dreadful music and for absolutely nothing. 👀

Iv caved and currently on hold. I think they may cut me off at 5 tho. 🤞🏻my scan date is 14/7. And they said anytime this week x

@Jude82 yes took nearly 2hrs to get through, she got HLC as she's only 4 no mobility till next year. Its such a huge relief it really is x

@Rebeccanew that's soo frustrating how can they be taking so long to go through it. They really need to employ more staff, so unfair how many of us have to wait 18+ weeks with no communication
@Keddie it is honestly so stressful, I can imagine jabbing a hard day at work must not have helped.🤞 awards come through in the morning x

@Keddie yep that was me sounds like your in my pile…was with cm Monday but apparently the cm wasn’t in so had to go to a different dm yesterday! It’s becoming a joke now xxxxxx

@Keddie I'm already on anxiety pills, gonna need to increase my dose at this rate. Didn't manage to get through today

@Sskanf its a joke hun over 18 weeks I get the all go in different piles but surely they should make sure all them dates are done before going onto next dates…I never mean to sound rude or it’s the system it’s crazy xxxxxxxx

I decided to call, but I've been on hold for over an hour, so I'm not feeling positive i'll actually get through, not expecting much of a response anyways x

I'm really happy for all the awarded but I do think they have July's dates all over the place as they seem to have skipped so many and gone way ahead
I was told this morning apparently every DM gets 10 cases to work through daily and some only work part time

@Sskanf @Rebeccanew the process is insane, hence why i am going with decline for me. I am going to have a day off calling tomorrow and see if anything happens I will try again Friday now xxx

They keep you on till 5.30 @Clairexdx then everyone gets cut off so you may be ok 🤞x

Yes I got through, lovely guy. Said it’s in the holding pile and would expect it to be looked at this Friday early next week latest! Told me to call back next Friday. Another week of waiting by the looks 😩
