Following on from part 19 as it’s about to become full.

Hi, I have been lurking but have not seen anyone with dates 15/7. I called at week 15 and was told that it would take 18.5 weeks. We are 18 weeks on Friday and planned to call next Friday if we haven't heard but I'm hoping it's sorted by then!

Hi everyone! I have just had a letter about an MR. The letter says it can take up to 11 weeks for a decision to be made. Does anyone know how long MRs are actually taking?

@Vampiredette84 the man took all my details then just said we have ??thousand claims to process at the moment and to call back after 18weeks. I don’t even think he looked at where my claim was after I gave all the info… felt fobbed off.
told myself I’m going to wait until the end of next week to call now.

Been silently watching and was told on Monday we was with a case manager got a text today to confirm my daughter qualifies for MRC till 2025! Scan date 13/07

I sent barely any evidence, just a confirmation letter for my daughter to join the waiting list for an Autism assessment + Speech and language and also a report of concerns from her nursery.

So happy she’s getting what she deserves 🫶

Does anyone know how long it takes UC to backdate the disabled element after informing them?

@ARH36 I've asked for MR this morning...they said 4 weeks....but others have said 11 weeks on letter

So I would like to hear from someone who has asked for MR recently and how long it took? Plz

@StephanieCee I am waiting for a decision maker to look at mine, I think a few have been backdated so far

congrats @lauren1997 seems UC is like how long is a piece of string. Some are getting replies quite quickly and some a long wait again. Have you updated the changes then Asked for it to be backdated in your journal? X

@Keddie I've received ny sons new SALT report, so phoned up to ask I'd I have time to send it in. Lady said a DM finally has mine since this morning now it's just a waiting game

@Mummyrach13 im having issues with uc i updated my daughters circumstances to hrc and iv had nothing from them no reply either ...

@Lollypops88 send a message under payments and work Coach see if that helps. I updated mine on 31/10 and they said they will send to DM then on Tues this week they said the disabled child element was missed and not Asked for even though I requested both in the same message. So been a couple weeks and feel like I will be waiting a good while still x

Had a missed call from a private number and couldn't think who it could be so called them just in case it was them, it wasn't but the lovely man I spoke to said I should hear about 13/12. Seen a lot of late July awards today on Facebook (even some early August!) Starting to get a little nervy!

@Mummyrach13 i changed the circumstances the day i found out we where awarded and still nothing that was 3 weeks ago ! I rang them and they just say write on the journal .... 🤷‍♂️ who knows if it will be back dated

Call got cut after an hour and 10 mins on hold 😭 I’m still awaiting a decision, scan date 5/7 and was with CM on Monday

@Lollypops88 write on your journal to work coach and payments stating you would like to make a complaint and escalate your case due to recieveing no response and don't think you've been treated very good. I'm sure someone will be in a hurry to get back to you then! @StephanieCee mine took 2 weeks. I recieved the letter yesterday telling me how much they owed me but it was done via a case manager not the original decision makers so think they are backlogged... God knows when the actual backpay will hit my account though x

@StephanieCee @Mummyrach13 they just wrote a message to me stating My payment has been processed for the 16th November so I'm presuming it will go into my bank tonight. But we will see xx

@Mummyrach13 oh hun I was the same, every time I'd wake up I would be straight on my journal looking cause for some reason I don't recieve texts anymore to tell me to look. But when they messaged about my backpay I recieved a text telling me to look on my journal. Maybe because it's more of a "official" message! I'm praying yours is sorted very soon! I'm happy uc was the last thing for me to sort and now I can just enjoy the rest of the year. I got both my girls accepted for dla this year so I can enjoy knowing they have everything they need!! Xx

@Sskanf iv just come off the phone no decision yet mine got moved to different case maNger as the one it originally went to wasn’t in…it’s becoming a joke now am over 18 weeks now xxxxxxx
