Following on from part 19 as it’s about to become full.

can Anyone he’ll so I was told my forms went with a cm on Monday morning then iv just been told it was given to a different decision maker last night well w yesterday Afternoon..she said maybe the cm worker wasn’t in or? Has this happened anyone know why? Any info appreciated xxxxx

I got through on hold and it cut me off :( I think I’m going to give up trying to ring and just wait for a text/letter.. Iv tried to ring about 5 times never got through

Got through at 9am and I was on hold for 11 mins before silence then being cut off AGAIN!!! I am actually going to scream! 😡 I can’t keep doing this 😭

Also 7 mins it took for my call this morning xxxx

My scan date is 27/7, seen a few around this date awarded, but when i called got told I'm looking at a decision being made around 8th Dec 😫 maybe mines in a pile allocated to a part time DM or one on A/L, so not going to get seen as quickly!

I got straight through at 9am no holding music. The lady was nice and said it should be anyday now going to CM.
I'm gonna ring again maybe Monday if I don't hear nothing before then.
I'm 17 weeks 1 day

On hold after calling at 9am on the dot.
16weeks today (26/7 scan date)
asking for an update…

Cut off again and I have work to do, I'll just wait for a letter, it's going to be a no anyway so not sure why I'm getting so hung up on it

@Rebeccanew so now they've passed yours on to another DM did you tell them how long you've been waiting? Perhaps the CM wasn't as experienced

Thank you so so much @Keddie & @Rebeccanew I was so nervous thinking that it was going to be a decline but the moment she said that she was awarded the enhanced rate of care I cried, you guys have honestly been amazing and I’m hoping it’s not long now before you both receive what you deserve. @Rebeccanew yes I have seen it happened to someone else and it turned out to be good news for them xx

Scan date 14/7 allocated to dm today could take up to a week for decision.

@Cas1233455 I would definitely ring , I was 6/7 too and was told last Tuesday that it wasn't with a DM. Called Thursday and it had gone to the DM but no decision yet. There was still no decision Monday morning first thing when I called. I phoned on the off chance late yesterday afternoon and found out my son had been awarded at some point after I called on Monday! I had no text message or anything so don't rely on that. Good luck if you call them 🤞 for good news for you!

I really hope it won’t be much longer. After the way that person spoke to me yesterday it’s put me off ringing at all. It’s stressing me out so much not knowing and they just add to it when they speak to you like that 😩 I think I’m going to wait until Friday at 9am and call then and cross everything that it has been done by then. Surely it will if it’s been with DM since Monday? Xx

I just had a phone call from dla saying there will be an award but not sure what rate she was just ringing about being appointee as my d turned 16 Monday I will get a text by end off today and back pay and 1st payment will be in bank 3 to 5 working days so happy my scan date 7/7 good luck everyone

Congrats on awards this morning and hope we all hear soon! My daughters claim is 17 weeks since scan date tomorrow don't know whether to leave it until Monday to call though!

Got through after 20 mins for the man to say claims are taking 18 weeks and I should hear something back next week.. it's 18 weeks on Tuesday so if not heard by next Friday I'm going to ring back. Hate this waiting game when it's probably going to be a no anyway😩

I just got through to ask if I had time to send any additional evidence but my child was awarded yesterday! Super happy for him and it will help so much.
