@Lors3Lors3 congratulations on your award! We are also 6/7 , this gives me hope that we may get a decision a bit quicker then I have been anticipating! I think it's 3-5 days for money to go in the bank.

I am 5/7 been told second week of November

@Sammy8919 im 3/7 and been told the same but i reckon they are getting through july a little faster hopefully 🤞 congrats @Lors3 i hope its what was deserved

@Sammy8919 They all seem to say different things don't they? I was told on the phone up to 20.5 weeks a couple of weeks ago which would take me to near end of November (scan date 6/7). My letter said up to 15 weeks but I know they are clearly not accurate at the moment. I've seen quite a few people from early July getting decisions in the last couple of days though! Think I might call later in the week just to see if there are any updates. 🤞 we all get some news soon!

@Cheesywiggles i rang not last week the week before and the week before that they told me if i dont hear anything by the 13nov then ring but some people dont even seem to be getting award messages so strange isnt it
Im to afraid to ring again some can be super understanding some not so 🙈

I was told 18-19 weeks on Thursday when I called. Sent a new statement from nursery today which should arrive Tuesday as I'd missed the post 😔 I don't think I'll call again until 18 weeks

@Lollypops88 it's definitely strange yeah I agree, I've noticed that most people don't seem to be getting award messages now. Whereas they were a few weeks ago! Very odd. I totally get what you mean , I'm the same tbh. I've only called them twice and both times it was about additional evidence I had sent. The first time the lady I spoke to was really abrupt and wouldn't tell me anything at all other than the address I needed to send it to. The second time it was a lovely man who was extremely helpful and checked my evidence was scanned on but unfortunately half the computer systems were down so he couldn't check for an update. He just said about the 20.5 weeks. I get anxious calling people I don't know so I dread calling them , in case it's not a very understanding person that answers!

Mine will have been 18 weeks Monday, so going to hold out until Tues morning to call.

I haven’t seen many at all saying they have received texts when they have been awarded. X

@Asdmummyhere thank you. They actually called me as the bank account details weren’t working and they needed to get some corrected details. I thought it was way too early and had actually sent additional documents the day before…. Good luck with yours, hope you hear soon x

Ahhh getting so anxious seeing some July dates been accepted. Makes me feel that mines been declined. I sent further evidence yesterday so ringing Monday if I get chance 😧

Hey guys, I have contacted UC about the claim that’s been accepted for my daughter. And they have said they will pass it to a decision maker? Does anyone know how long it takes to backdate the disability and care part?

There’s no set time. Some DMs take a couple of weeks whereas some can take months. Just chase it up via your journal if you haven’t heard from them in 2/3 weeks

Oh I was hoping it would be done in the next payment. That would be really hoping lol.

What date do you receive your UC? They may add it on to your next payment but in terms of the backpay, the DM has to go through the previous months to see how much you were paid and how much backpay you’d be entitled too

Oh okay I get you, well the 5th my payment is due.. but the statement goes on 1st. So I don’t know if I’ve got it in time for this month tbh x

Hey all Scan dates 29/06 , 18 weeks this Thursday coming.. think I’ll leave off calling till Thursday or Friday fingers crossed a decision will be made by then .. if I see 29/06 getting awarded Monday/Tuesday I think I’ll be calling earlier than Friday 😂 ! Really dragging this weekend is ! Hoping everyone’s coping well ❤️

@Mummyrach13 I have been the same since the 15 week mark, sent extra evidence on Monday and again today. I wish I had of taken pictures of the form because I'm doubting what I've put in it. Alls I know Is if I do get a decline I will 100% be doing a mr. I know my son and it's awful to think someone who has never met him is going to decide if he is entitled to financial help, keep me updated if you call xx

Me too @Asdmummyhere especially when decisions are made by looking at a piece a paper and from people the aren’t professionals! They can come and spend an hour in my life and I’m sure they would see what I have to do! But I will fight all the way for my boy! Got my fingers crossed for you xx

My scan dates 11th July. I was told I'd get a decision towards end of December, which is ridiculous and I don't believe. I will be calling 2nd week of Nov for an update as it'll be 5 weeks post 2nd txt then..can't believe how long it takes to get a decision

@Mummyrach13 followed you for a while on here now and think because we have the same scan dates I've been waiting for your decision as well 🤣 I'm so impatient I'm just hoping you get the right award and can't wait too hear from you when you call xxx
