@MuvMuva306 apparently so , that's what I was told this morning. Tbh though I think everyone gets told something different from what I can see!

@Muva306 Sorry no idea why it tagged your username wrong , I can't seem to edit it for some reason either.

Kelz23 · 31/10/2023 10:49

same date as me I’m to anxious to call

Cheesywiggles · 31/10/2023 10:51

Kelz23 · 31/10/2023 10:44

As anyone from beginning July had answer yet the wait is torture

@Kelz23 I'm 6/7 and nope , just called this morning and was told no decision yet and its up to 19 weeks at the moment. I agree the wait is torture!

Lollypops88 · 31/10/2023 10:51

@Kelz23 im beggining of july :) good luck not long to go

Kelz23 · 31/10/2023 10:53

This wait the worse, in 2022 when I done my youngest the wait was 13 weeks and I thought that was bad this is awful.

Rebeccanew · 31/10/2023 10:54

Do yous think the people on the other end the phone know when we last called etc or how many times 😅 you know once it hits over the 15th week mark should be able to call as many times as we want why do we feel bad for calling x

DanniiB1983 · 31/10/2023 10:57

1 hour 9 minutes wait
Scan date 29/06 for COC. I've changed my sons school details. I was told 24 week wait.
Congratulations everyone who have been awarded

Clazamumof2girls · 31/10/2023 11:02

Just got off the phone. 29/06 scan date. Went to Case Manager yesterday and lady said a letter should arrive within 10 days once a decision has been made. I asked if I could receive text and she said they don’t all have that facility. What she did say which is interesting is once they get allocated to a DM/CM their working patterns vary as some are only part time, others full time and work overtime. So this is why timescales vary with awards. Will give it til Thursday and try again xx

Kelz23 · 31/10/2023 11:06

Ridiculous and they prob give the same amount claims to full time as they do part time. I’ve never known wait like it and no guarantee even get awarded then it’s wait for mr

jlgsy94 · 31/10/2023 11:06

My son's scan date was 16/6, went to DM 16/10, awarded HRC LRM 18/10 with effect from 16/5.

Currently waiting on a decision for my daughter's claim (scan date 27/6), been with DM since last week. Got call from DWP today to say the DM had sent it off to their medical advisors to get 2nd opinion on how her mobility is impacted/likely to be impacted as she wants to make a fair decision. My daughter has got Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele, Hydrocephalus, Hip Dysplasia and Clubfoot. I'm guessing DM is trying to decide whether my daughter meets the threshold for HRM? Considering calling back at the end of the day if not tomorrow. Those anxious feelings I had with my son's claim is now back.

Thetiredguardian · 31/10/2023 11:14

Got through this morning after an hour
scan date 27/06
last text 25/09

awarded hrc and lrm for two years, relieved and cried down the phone to the lovely man I was speaking to.

LGR004 · 31/10/2023 11:27

Really debating on calling in hour or so I just think won’t have a decision yet .. 😩 scan 29/06

Lollypops88 · 31/10/2023 11:29

ARH36 · 31/10/2023 11:42

congrats on all the awards today! Scan date 29/06 also, dying to ring but think I may wait while Thursday. Good luck to everyone with close dates!

Sunshineclouds11 · 31/10/2023 11:43

Great to see so many awards!

I'm 29/06, I'm scared to call so going to wait and hope for a text or money in bank.

I'm not feeling hopeful for some reason though.

Helentwinsplus1 · 31/10/2023 11:46

18th July scan date here. Was going to ring but sounds like we're another month away. I'm really struggling to fund the stuff he needs to do to stop his mobility getting worse and I need to replace his pushchair because i struggle to push it.

Lauren2121 · 31/10/2023 12:20

Hi all, I got my second text today anyone know how long after the second text people are getting a decision? Thankyou in advance

Lauren2121 · 31/10/2023 12:22

Hello congratulations on the award, just wondered how many texts did you get and how long from last text did you get the award?

Keddie · 31/10/2023 12:28

Lauren2121 · 31/10/2023 12:39

Sharnipoo · 31/10/2023 12:45

@Lauren2121 same scan date as me , received 2nd text today, will be watching n waiting anxiously

Lauren2121 · 31/10/2023 12:47

Nice it have someone with the same scan date, we can wait together, I’m so anxious about being turned down

Luevzamum · 31/10/2023 12:47

@DanniiB1983 hi I’m COC too, 9th June, so it sound like the wait time has come down a little bit as I was told 26 weeks, I hope it has 🤞the wait is driving me mad yet I know people on here who have been waiting even longer than me 😵‍💫
