Following on from part 16…..

@Medda im on 30/6 also on hold at the minute I’m hoping for the same answer as you but I waists get people who are not too helpful or just plain rude congrats on getting some kind of clarity

@Caitlyn59 my scan date was the 29/6

We’re getting there very slowly, I hate this wait it wasn’t so bad at first but the closer we get the more painful it becomes to find out 🫣 I see someone on here yesterday they they was given an exact date of when they should find out 🤷🏻‍♀️ so maybe they’re starting to inform people now. I called yesterday to see if they had received my extra evidence, the lady I spoke to was like yeah and that was it I forgot to ask for an update. I think them making us wait 16/17/18/19 weeks for a possible decline is ridiculous because then we have to go through the process of doing the MR and then that takes a further 3 weeks it’s not fair, our little ones need this otherwise we wouldn’t have applied for it in the first place, I hope you’re holding up 😊

I rang on Thursday for the first time was on hold for 1 hour 50 mins, spoke to a woman with horrendous attitude. Just been told that my claim going to get looked at sometime in November and before I even managed to ask something else she put the phone down!!!

I really don’t understand why they are rude! A call handler that doesn’t want to take a call is clearly in the wrong job! 😂 If things were stuck to a rough timeline then people wouldn’t be calling. Everyone gets told different as the lady I spoke to said it around 17.5 weeks and was like oh your over that without me needing to use the calculator. X

@Courtneymxo are they? I'm on hold now 51 minutes so far. Im wondering if I'm wasting my time if they are having issues with their phones. Will stay on hold for a bit longer and see if anyone answers.

@Cheesywiggles you might be okay if your already on hold, but I've tried to ringing 8 times and just goes through then does a weird beeping noise and cuts off x

@Courtneymxo oh I see how strange. Maybe they have reached capacity or something? I'll let you know if I get through to anyone. I hope you manage to get through soon x

@Courtneymxo Just got through to someone , lady was very nice but said no decision yet and up to 19 weeks. Didn't tell me if it was with a case manager or anything like that! Still waiting game 🤦🏻‍♀️ I hope you manage to get through to someone soon, I would keep trying if you can. I think it's just due to the number of people calling tbh x

@Medda sounds like the lady I had last week she was so rude I only wanted an update as been waiting since May don't even think she really looked at anything tbh, I did call back the following day and had an extremely polite man xx

I can’t believe it I just got through after 56mins on hold to get through and they asked for the reference number then my line cut off

Scan date 29/6. COC. Currently on hold for 50 mins

@Courtneymxo 6/7 I wasn't really expecting there to be a decision just yet. I've seen a few people getting answers from around my date so just thought id ring and see. I'm hoping it won't be as long as 19 weeks as I'm pretty anxious over it and the wait already feels like forever 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 what's your scan date?

Waited 1hr 14min on hold for line to cut off as they said hello, I’m sooo fed up of this now I wish I could just put it out my mind but it’s so hard isn’t it!

As anyone from beginning July had answer yet the wait is torture

Been following this thread for a long time but first time posting. Scan date 29/06. Just called was waiting for 1 hour I was so nervous but a decision was made yesterday HRC and LRM. I’m so relieved 😅. Good luck to everyone else waiting.

I was awarded LRC today. My scan date was 27/06/23. I decided not to call and chase after my last call at 15.5 weeks as I guess I just figured I would wait it out and not clog the phoneline for those who really need to speak to someone! I was awarded at 18.5 weeks which is basically what they had told me at my last call.

I had expected MRC due to my DDs nighttime difficulties. However, I am not going to go to MR as even LRC will provide some help and support for her and I am grateful for it.

I will hopefully receive a letter in the next few days.

@MuvMuva306 apparently so , that's what I was told this morning. Tbh though I think everyone gets told something different from what I can see!
