Lines are working now lady no decision made taking 19 weeks my scan date is 30/6 wish I didn’t call now it’s so disheartening

I'm on hold, scan date 30th June 🤞

I'm 11th July scan date lovely man just said they are taking 18 weeks and I should be with a decision maker the week of the 11th November (that is a Saturday so I don't know if he means that week from Saturday onwards to the next Saturday or that week that that Saturday is on😅) and should hear by the end of November xx

Spoke to a man who said it should go to a decision maker this week and hopefully hear by next week. 17 weeks tomorrow so I'm not going to ring until next week now.

My scan date the 5/7 I was told 18.5 weeks to go to dm so hopefully not to much longer

Rang numerous times today I rang and was told it was in the decision makers queue not sure what exactly that means how long it'll take from there so stressed and frustrated now

How long has everyone waited on hold for today ? Mines been 11 mins so far x

I have just spoke to the lovelies lady who told me my claim was at the top of the pile, could go to DM imminently. Scan date 29/06.

17 mins and counting on hold .. I believe it’s gone to DM and no decision as of yet .. we will see! X

My whole phone call was 12 minutes and 3 seconds! First time ringing and was expecting it to be so bad so I was shocked! Xx

22 minutes on hold so far , was told a week or so ago "a decision will be made any day now" yet here I am listening to "we are currently experiencing high call volumes" again lol xx
