Following on from part 16…..

I’m planning to call them on week 18/19 for an update. I personally doubt it’ll be 15 weeks but as long as I have a decision before the year ends then I’m content

How do you know when to expect your first payment. I recieved BP and my letter for his award but no mention in the letter of first proper payment date. Could you help?

Got my award on Thursday, no confirmation on when backpay will hit account. Hopefully tomorrow 🤞🤞 good luck all ringing for answers this week xxxx

Mine is 30th June, hoping will be this week. Worries as didn't send any school or professional evidence, only supporting letters from next door neighbour and friend...I know it will be declined , kind of dreading knowing xx

78% of appeals for disability benefits are successful at tribunal. I advise everyone to take it to tribunal if a decision not to award is made as the odds are very much in the claimants favour.

Just checking in with a scan date of ,4th July. Told 18.5 weeks wait last week. Good luck all.

Woah 13th and 22nd?! I would love to know how they work through them as I always thought it would be in strict date order. So confusing!

I’m 12th July so creeping round slowly.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking it’ll be 13 weeks this week for me so going to give it a few more weeks, hopefully we hear back soon

my scan date is the 28/06 , I rang on Friday to see if they’d received my extra evidence and they said it was with a case manager!
really want to ring tiday to see if they made a decision over the weekend but worried to ring as I think it will be a decline 😕

Do they go to case manager first or decision maker first or vice versa .

Think case manager and decision maker are the same thing but I could be wrong x
