Update for everyone, phoned at 9. I’m 18 weeks today and she apologised for the delay, she said I should hear any day 🤞🤞

Getting so anxious now, I’m only 16w+ 3d now but feels like I sent the forms off a year ago haha… good luck to everyone. Hoping we all get the decision we want & soon 🤞 x

@Jneill2021 what do you mean they tried to pay you for only Mrc in of hrc?

Morning to all you lovely lot! So I’m waiting on my sons renewal sent off back in July current award runs out on the 17th nov. Sent lots of supporting evidence including his ehcp and recent salt report. And his letter from access pathway! Has any of your children had to have an intellectual disability assessment I’ve never heard of this before and it’s what my little boy has to have. He’s autism sensory processing disorder global development delay the list goes on.. he is currently in mainstream setting at the moment but made no progress in 4 years he’s age 7! He’s working at pre key stage 3-4 years behind bless him. His understanding is very limited and present as anxious at all times. He also has no sense of danger either will quite happily run into road he has to be on hand strap at all times too.

On uc you have the disabled child element for mrc but if it's hrc you recieve servere disabilty element

Great information. My scan date is 9/6.
Currently on week 19 today.

I rang this morning at 9am 25 min wait, they said it is with the case manager and has been for a couple of days. He said it could be any day. So nervous after the wait.

Does anyone no how long it is normally with the case manager?

I updated my journal yesterday with the caring for and child updates but I have just left them a message regarding my minimum floor income I’ve been paying as I’m self-employed. I was told in august if my claim was successful, I would be exempt from the MIL as I would be classed as a carer.

@Jneill2021 Oh i did not know that!! Thank you for sharing!! I thought that would have been for HRC and HRM. I was awarded HRC LRM on Wednesday after a MR.

no texts, award was made on 11th, even though I called yesterday they didn't tell me a decision was made.

Well deserved, they said the same to me yesterday I’m going to call and see if there is any news x

@Jneill2021 I shall do!! I wouldn’t have known if you hadn’t of mentioned it!! I probs wouldn’t have known/understood about MR’s unless a PP many threads back mentioned it either!!
