Omg it’s getting tense. I just don’t get how we can be another 2 weeks when scan days 2 days before ours are already done 🙈

Do they text over the weekend? I’m already shouting at people for texting me when I’m patiently waiting for ‘THE’ text

Just out another message on my UC journal and she said they haven’t verified he’s been moved to HRC yet 😬

I’m so nervous. I have read they do text over the weekend. Do you think they get even more arsy the more you call? As I was told yesterday another two weeks but can’t be right if my scan date is 14/6 and you were told just one more week @Tiredmamma74

Just depends who answers @Mumtotwoboys121, some of them are nicer than others x

I’ve called twice this week and once last week, I’ve never had a snotty one yet. I think it just depends who answers the phone

Yeh I called this morning to be told it’ll be another week

You ladies should be soon seen a scan date of 17/6 awarded yesterday so it could be any day really but then also some are taking longer.

Congratulations to everyone getting their awards today 🙂 been watching this thread for a couple of weeks now . Am 16 weeks today ( scan date 23/06 ) nerves are gone the closer it’s getting .

How long have people been waiting on hold? I’m nearly at an hour , so draining.

@almightyfroggie have you put it under “payment” when noting the change I think it’s quicker than if you do message for work coach

@mum959 my scan date is the same 23/06 I called earlier this week and was told call again on 30th

I called bang on 9am. Wasn’t out on hold just got through straight away

Took 1hr20mins to get through, no change still with decision maker, I am feeling a long draining weekend approaching. X

Oh really seems to be getting longer hopefully they have overestimated it an we hear before then 🤞 I haven’t called yet am gonna ring up next week and see what they say .

Their phone calls aren’t always accurate. I called on the 27th of September to ask why I’d been sent a CoC form when I hadn’t asked for one (I was 27 weeks and 1 day into one at that stage).
She told me to just put it in a drawer, and said my CoC would probably be done the week after.
When I got the award letter it was done on the 27th, the day I rang the advisor, so they’re not always aware when they’re being done x

Agree with Liz I’ve seen a few people who have phoned and they were told it was going to be so long but the decisions were made that day so they don’t always see when it’s with a DM. I think they can see when a decision is made x

I’ve just contact them my scan date is 14/6 said my new claim form was with decision maker as of yesterday, how long does it usually take with decision maker? I also have a coc claim waiting and they said it’s around 27 week wait for that one so not looking at any answers until mid-late December for that one

@zoeybrooks45 I’m right with you, my sons claim is with a decision maker on Wednesday, but still not been decided today 😩 keep checking for a text
