@ohhollyfred hey I’m waiting on a coc my scan date is 9/6 not had any txts just 2 letters one in June and one in July, have you called them at all yet?

This has happened with my daughter she's started melotoin it's not going well tbh she's so upset and isn't sleeping just making her tearful it's awful she's fighting through it I'm guessing but gives me hope if we get declined

I've sent my addition information back and it was signed for delivered on Monday. I called today and he said it wasn't scanned onto the claim form. I'm stressing as I didn't take.copies of the evidence I sent and now.im worried incase they have got lost! Has anyone else has this? I'm only on week 12 scan date 18/7

17 weeks today. Was told a decision will be around the 26th October.

18/04 I waited 25 weeks for coc

Still nothing, been with DM since Tuesday they said the DM gets a pile of claims to work through. I might call for an update a bit later today. Let me know how you guys get on if you’re calling. scan date 13/06. I won’t be relying on a text haha it seems very unlikely you recieve one even if awarded

just wanted to add I was told the back pay isnt going in until Tuesday so it evenly works out as 22 weeks (including month I called for forms) 18 weeks without. But was awarded Wednesday.

can I also ask
can my sons DLA award letter be used for getting into places? SEND session at soft play etc?
also how long will the letter take to get to me?

@Georgia174 yes it does, I really applied for this reason so I could take her to Sen sessions to build communication and engagement as she doesn't cope well with other sessions, most places ask for proof of dla

Is it normal to have your messages ignored on UC journal? Child got awarded on 2/10, didn't know until called on 5/10, message and change of circumstances sent on 6/10. No reply at all. Since them I left 2 more messages in the journal to ask for confirmation of changes and to ask DM for backdated disabled child element. 🤷‍♀️

They’ve ignored me since I asked on the 2nd of this month @almightyfroggie 😑

Scan date 15/6 told today it’ll be another week

I messaged them nearly everyday just asking for them to get back to me but they were really quick I had a backdated payment with in a week, I'm sure when they paid me it was a same day payment xx but be careful and make sure payment is correct as my little 1 got hrc but they tried to only pay me for mrc on uc but after messaging them they did fix the problem and payment x

With UC you need to make sure you do the change of circumstances and you do a request in payments for it to be changed. If you’ve done all that then give them a call and make sure it’s been seen. It can take several weeks for backpay but should show new rates on next statement

Hello! Sorry - haven't read full thread, but I missed the renewal :( - so have just submitted the paperwork, and sent to the Freepost address - was told at the post office they couldn't send it recorded as no postcode, so now nervously awaiting a scan date - can anyone advise does this come by post?

God, I wish it could all be submitted online!
