Is scan date the day they received it. I didn't ger a letter, however one of the times I phoned up I was told what date they received it?

I feel for you ladies that are anxious and emotional I am the same especially now I know the decision is close! I’m not sleeping much at all it’s horrible x

Just got through again and he said to ring back on 13th November as should be done by then. My scan date is 5/7.

So nervous and I'm convinced it will be declined

@Sockbabies my scan date is the 3/7 and they have told me the same date 13th of nov

When you ring which information do you need for them to check your claim? Our scan date is 16/6 and my last text was 12/9. We will be 18 weeks Friday. Thanks x

They usually ask for your reference number if you have it. Then will ask a couple security questions. You can just ask for an update on your claim.

I don't have mine to hand which is annoying. Is there a way round it without needing to give the reference? I'm new to all of this 😱 but the wait is getting to me now

@4LittleFirecrackers @RMNofTikTok just got through, she said claims are taking 18.5 weeks, should here first week on November for 30th June dates, another long couple of weeks 😩 x

You don't need the reference they will just ask you some security questions. Childs name dob etc...

Thank you! I called last week and they told me to call back on 09/11 if I haven't heard anything. I feel really stressed because LO got diagnosed with autism 8 days ago, I don't have the report yet, and the EHCNA is running at least 5 weeks behind so don't have either to submit as evidence 😭

@Courtneymxo thank you. I was hoping by 31st October 😭can’t stand the wait it’s triggering my migraines. I’ll maybe call for an update next week and I’ll update you if anything’s changed, need to check if they received some extra documents etc anyway

@4LittleFirecrackers it’s triggering my migraines too had one for almost a week now it’s draining must be stress.
hope your wait isn’t too long. I’m hoping I will hear from next week scan date 26/6 x

@CrazySars oh babe I was exactly rhe same and really Struggles with my emotions when it came to the diagnosis and all I did was cry but it gets easier as you come to terms with it and just remember it will hopefully help you to get the help and support your little one needs . I know it's tough but be strong!!! Sending you lots of hugs and if u need a chat please pm me. Your doing amazing byw!!!
