BTW @Mumatherwhitsend congrats on ur positive outcome the waits horrible

Mariaj2404 · 22/09/2023 15:26

Scan date the 23rd of May it's been with a decision maker since Tuesday and I've not heard nothing..so I've rang 3 times today and every time the line get cut before anyone answers my call its so frustrating

Mumatherwhitsend · 22/09/2023 15:26

hi, they send those out to prevent you from calling up, if your in the month of may for scan date i would give them a call, the message doesn't really tell you anything x

This depends on when you sent off your application. They are doing May/June now slowly.

Our claim went to dm on Monday, received a text on Tuesday to say they are still looking at claim, then called today and said my son was awarded yesterday. I did not receive a text to say he had been awarded. I would call Monday or Tuesday first thing as you should have a decision by then. Good luck x

Mummyof6love · 22/09/2023 17:36

Does anyone know what number they call you on? Is it a withheld number? Thank you.

Celestiaxo · 22/09/2023 18:48

Anyone who’s been accepted, can they send texts out over the weekend?

MinnieTruck · 22/09/2023 18:56

Mumatherwhitsend · 22/09/2023 14:27

when I changed the carers section on UC it asked if I care for Bree more than 35 hours a week, well I do but i also work full time and I don't claim carers allowance, have i done this wrong, omg its so confusing.

Nope you’ve done the right thing! You do care for your child more than 35 hours a week so all good

Muva306 · 22/09/2023 19:50

Oh perfect!! The detailed breakdown was really help when filling in MR because I quoted their reasoning and then explained why I disagreed. Lots had happened since I had originally filled in the form so it was pretty easy to give my explanation. I think I’ll call wed/Thursday next week to check they have received it as it says you have 4 weeks to do the MR

People are giving different feedback on this, some are saying the date they sent forms to them and others are saying the date they recieve them
