Nothing to do with claim being with DM or being awarded but my daughters claim has FINALLY been found after 6 weeks. Luckily the scan date will still be the 11/08.
Let the wait begin🫡

I'm 23/05. Called Monday and went to a decision maker that day. Recieved a text on Tuesday to say they are still looking at the claim. Getting so worried we will be rejected. I thought once it's with a dm they only take a couple of days to decide

Call again for update xx cause sometimes you awarded and they haven’t told you xx

Hmcc123 · 21/09/2023 11:31

Hi my scan date was 9/6 I’ve not received any texts at all just 2 letters one stating 11 weeks and one stating 15 weeks. This is for a COC though is this right do u think?

Mummyof31987 · 21/09/2023 12:17

Because you’re 23/05 you could also hear early next week. Call tomorrow and check if a decision has been made.

zoeybrooks45 · 21/09/2023 12:33

It looks like most people that get an awarded text receive between 11-2pm. Some have found out by calling, and some the DM called them to confirm things before receiving a text. It seems most people get a decision exactly 4 weeks after second text. People are being awarded between 17/18 weeks. It’s worth a try calling on the 17th week mark and requesting a text message of outcome. I will be doing this once I reach 17 weeks.

Good news, after a long 18 weeks wait a decision has been made to award HRC and LRM for my daughter, the lady said they are working on may now and it doesn't go off dates specific however the month is worked on as a whole with different DMs recieving pikes for the month. Can anyone tell me word for word what I write to UC please. I am terrible without help lol

user45368294 · 21/09/2023 13:12

Hi everyone,

Do renewals take the same amount of time as new claims?
