@lillysmammy definately would be alot easier if they had an email address haha i’ll see what time school give me the report so then i can send it asap because i’d hate for it to not get there in time x

tourettesadhdmum · 25/02/2023 08:25

@lillysmammy i have already sent a letter from school but since starting the claim back in october last year, scan dates nov, things have changed quite abit but i haven’t sent in an updated statement from me should i do that too? x

Two missed calls from DWP at 0830 this morning. No message. Scan date 21/11 so wondering why they were calling. Should I call back or wait?!!

Als2017 · 25/02/2023 08:36

I’d call back. Probs means you been awarded . They rang my friend to say you’ve been awarded

Als2017 · 25/02/2023 08:36

And to Cody no that don’t mean anything x

Just got a text. We’ve been awarded. Don’t know what yet - letter on the way. For those tracking we had scan date of 21/11 and are London based. So relieved! May call Monday to find out what level!

Als2017 · 25/02/2023 08:47

Congratulations hopefully I’ll hear today! I’m camberley and scan date is 18/11 xxxx

Dotty765 · 25/02/2023 08:48

Great news Emily! Do you know if London and Essex forms go to the same place? X

tourettesadhdmum · 25/02/2023 08:48

tourettesadhdmum · 25/02/2023 09:00

Als2017 · 25/02/2023 09:05

Haha it’s Saturday and very early! 🤣 hopefully it’s them for you! 🤞xxx

Als2017 · 25/02/2023 09:07

I have a feeling mine will be declined, my 4 year old has speech problems and I’ve sent the report, I’ve spoken to nursery about suspected autism. But they said oh everyone has a bit of autism in them, so didn’t take my serious. Spoke to docs about it in the end… xx

Als2017 · 25/02/2023 09:09

He can’t do much that another 4 year old can and he’s up at night ect not toilet trained 100 percent ect I’m dreading finding out x

tourettesadhdmum · 25/02/2023 09:12

@Als2017 oh wow that’s terrible! could you speak to your health visitor about it? my sons just turned 6 and still under them for something. fingers crossed you hear from DLA soon! the number that called me was from sky 😅 x

tourettesadhdmum · 25/02/2023 09:13

@Als2017 aww bless him hopefully you can speak to HV and see if they can help in anyway x

Als2017 · 25/02/2023 09:14

Good shout cos I do have one cos I have a 5 month old too, he has glue ear also as it was my health visitor who referred me for hearing test as he’s so loud! ahhh dam it! Xx

emilyant · 25/02/2023 09:17

No message - it was an 0800 number which I googled and it said it was DWP. When I called it back it was a message saying “we are DWP, you don’t need to call us, if we need you we will call you back”. The text came about 30 mins later.

emilyant · 25/02/2023 09:19

My guess is they all go to a south east location but I’m not sure!

tourettesadhdmum · 25/02/2023 09:22

@emilyant thank you! i’ll ignore all calls unless 0800 🤣
@Als2017 ah brill so they’ll definitely be able to help then x

Sas1410 · 25/02/2023 09:44

@Als2017 that's awful your nursery just dismissed your opinion, you can self refer through your gp also I've done this twice for my little ones.

I've received a letter today scan date 5/1 saying they apologise for the delay and will write again soon, so no clue when that'll be x

harjinder01 · 25/02/2023 11:49
