I’ll try ringing them again soon. I’m at work at 2pm so if no answer before work I’ll try again tomorrow morning. Did you get a text or did you just call again? I see you rang couple of days ago. I spoke to them yesterday x

I got a text this morning

The payment do we get when we rang them or the scan date payment if i get it

If you rang for forms to be posted to you then it’s from that date. If you downloaded it and sent it back then it’s from your scan date.

I was told today bk payment will be anytime in next 5 days and normal payment will be next Tuesday make sure to inform tax credits if awarded I’ve done mine straight away

I had a letter dated 1/12/22 saying they had received my forms 14/11/22, would my scan date be 1/12? Probably a bit of a stupid question 😂
Just trying to work out whether I should give them a call or wait a few more weeks

No, if they said they had received your forms on 14th November, then thats your scan date. I would imagine if you called up today, you will have a decision as many people after your date have had theirs, good luck xx

My scan date is the 15th Nov been with dm since roughly the 14th - 17th Feb and I phoned up again today and Still with dm today (i sent it extra evidence which hasnt turned up yet) so not holding out much hope

Still on hold grrr hahaha… can’t see it being with a dm yet, and I sent in extra evidence x

Apparently mine is going to overtime que and will have decisions this weekend

Hi. I’ve been on this thread for a while.
my scan date was 10/11. I rang last week and told me was with DM. Rang again yesterday and told the same. (Said it could be with a DM for up-to 2 weeks)
I’m not holding out much hope. We still don’t even have a diagnosis. (Been 42 weeks since QB)
i’m literally fed up of fighting every day, week, month.
I spoke to a lady yesterday who explained to me they work in date order. Clearly not.

Hi, can I ask what evidence have u sent them? My son got asd diagnosis this year. He got awarded with mcr and lmr. It was renewal but I believe that he is entitle to hcr as his needs has changed rapidly since last time they awarded us.i am considering to ask for mandatory consideration as he also got his ehcp recently.

I’m going by previous experience but when my oldest son didn’t have his diagnosis I was knocked back but soon as he had his dignosis he was accepted I would just keep calling up as everyone you speak to tells you different I didn’t apply for my youngest son dla until I had his dignosis and his ehcp plan hoepfully he’ll be awarded but we’re on our 14 weeks now and still nothing so hoping for the best my advice is don’t give up fight all the way ! 🤞🏻

I just sent asd diagnoses with my form my daughter got same as u
