@Oilytoe90 ah it's so frustrating! Hopefully we might hear something Saturday if not fingers crossed next week! Xx

xxkayleighxx17 · 07/10/2022 15:50

how long does it take for a uc decision on backdate? they have updated my journal saying they have done it, just wondered how long to expect before i hear anything back.

chelseajane · 07/10/2022 15:50

hi all, my new claim was received 13th july. i called 4 weeks ago and was told they were up to 14th june and to call in 4 weeks. just sat on hold for 40 minutes to be told by a very rude woman that they’re only up to 1st july 🙄 they’re clearly very behind! was basically told not to call again and to wait until i receive a letter 😪

nuero · 07/10/2022 15:53

i got a rude man who basically told me the same - going to leave them now and just wait
