@Bvbvbv yeah I've rang once and messaged once they say got to wait for payment authorisation and they'll let me know when they know pretty much, sick of it tbh, it's a nightmare! X

Bvbvbv · 29/09/2022 21:12

@Oilytoe90 yh same 😂@Shannon26 Yh it’s headache that long wait nd checking every hour lol only if they cn just give dates roughly would b great x

Shannon26 · 29/09/2022 21:15

@Bvbvbv yes I totally agree! If they told us when they'd have it done by wouldn't be as bad but the waiting and constant checking is a nightmare! X

sadiekt21 · 29/09/2022 22:27

My form was date stamped 27th July and they scanned it on the 4th August. I can't cope with waiting any longer and I can't seem to get through! Anybody else know the wait times for these dates? And do they only pay on a Wednesday?

Oilytoe90 · 30/09/2022 06:06

@sadiekt21 good morning. Unfortunately the majority of us have waited 14 weeks!! They are currently working on dates up to the 28th of June so unfortunately you've most likely got a long wait ahead of you. But you're more than welcome to wait with those who are still waiting for their answers, these threads seem to help ease the stress of waiting x

Soo happy to see all these awards 😊 especially ones that I’ve followed quietly for so many weeks. Week 13 today for me, I’m an anxious mess, hopefully I hear next week x

Bunnysarah · 30/09/2022 08:37

My scan date was 5th august, living in fairy land thinking it would only take a few weeks! Was told last week shes put my claim to the front of the queue. Rang two days ago to be told 'putting claims to front of queue doesnt exist' 😡😡😡 my little boy has around 3 appointments a week at hospitals so its costing too much getting him there and back! Why does it take so long!!!!

It took a few weeks for them to scan in my sons extra information i sent. I had to send it special delivery to make sure it got there. Ive gone abit crazy sending more evidence suprised they dont block my accpunt or something 🤣 ive sent hand written notes and everything 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
