This one seems to have merit from an actual client.

I’m a little shocked to see only 2 reviews of 1 star and the average on the top of the page says 3 stars. Trustpilot should look at their formulas.

daaxy. That's a great idea though I'm not sure how it would work on MN as it could easily end up as another 1000 post thread like the first one! A blog would be good (with comments moderation)!

Comfy new companies on TP start with an "average" rating then go up or down from that as they get reviews. I think they really need a good number of reviews (real no fake!) to get a reliable score.

Below is a document sent to me following my telephone conversation with Peaky Parents after having watched the webinar. it s effectively a script for that call which is designed to close a sale. Having watched the High Ticket webinar I anticipate that the document is based on a template provided by High Ticket to help Peaky Parents create a 'marketing machine' for their online business. It makes shocking reading

(They will be nervous and on edge so this is a genuine introduction to put them at ease)

Okay X, I want to be respectful of our time today, we have about 60 minutes or so to talk and the reason we are on this call is to see if we can help unstick ( kids name ), remove his/her anxiety and get some happiness and confidence back into their life

So in order to determine if we can help do that, I’m going to ask you some questions to find out what the problems you have having with regards to NAME anxiety if that’s ok

Once we find out what is keeping Name from having a happy childhood - I will share with you EXACTLY how we can get there if I can, and if for some reason I can’t, I will let you know and explain why.

UNCOVER/CONSEQUENCE

Need to establish the pain behind their problem in this section.

get them to tell you what’s going on , but then probe for more eg ..

so you said she goes to sleep at 4am in the morning , who does that effect , you? are you up with her ? are you able to function the next day ?

other questions ….

How long has this been going on when did it start ?
Do you have any other children how does it effect them ?
Do you feel this has impacted across the family?
What are you missing out on due to this situation as a family ?
is she/he going to school /out ?

CONSEQUENCE

If your life carries on like this, how do you envision his/her life will be and yours ?
are you ready to fix this now ?( this is your leverage for later , when they have objections )

Create Doubt … this needs to be strong
Poke holes in anything they have tried - create doubt in their ability to find a solution.

  1. What have you tried so far?
  2. How’s that working for you?
  3. Tell me more about that
  4. What routes have you been down to get help ? Hypnotherapy, gp etc

then ask then do they think they have worked , and explain why those routes don’t work ‘, ,
add your stories ( the special 5 ) to explain

Check in on a scale of 1-10 to make sure they have no where to go
eg so on a scale of 1-10 where are you in knowing how to help Name right at this moment ?

Part 3
Exploratory and Qualify them

What would you need to see in a solution to know you are finally getting the right help and seeing a light at the end of the tunnel?

i am guessing you have a gut feeling there is a solution out there right , as you are still looking?

If we can get you into recovery, what would that mean to you? How would your life change? Establish a goal here for a new life.

So…. you absolutely want to STOP feeling like you don’t know what to say or do to help NAME , and to stop working around on eggshells around her right ?
how do you feel about being coached yourself ? ( explain why )

Qualify

If we can get you into recovery, what would that mean to you as family ? How would (Name )life change as well as yours ? Establish a goal here for a new life.

Part 4
CONNECT THE DOTS

Let me explain what we do, how we do it and you will start to see the HUGE difference and why we RECOVER Every child who we come on the program .

Step one is the caterpillar

  1. We give you the parent the ability through understanding, to STOP feeling you have to tread on eggshells around your child, regardless of what mood they wake up in the morning.
  2. Your child will be within the first week given the power to understand what has happened to them, and why they can stop the big freakouts and give them back confidence in themselves. ( This means that for the first time (child's name )has someone who completely understands them ....(then connect back to things mum has said with regards to things the child is saying eg, "I don't know what's wrong with me mum "etc )

Step two is the Cocoon

  1. In this step, We use the learnings from Caterpillar to enable them to reverse the effects of the anxiety disorder,.this is where we implement the leg work to reverse the adrenaline back to normal. and They now have a NEW script.
  2. What they have learned at this point can not be unlearnt there is no going backward. We systematically give them the tools, techniques, and devices to do this. It is empowering and brings back their happiness
  3. .( This means that.....( kids name )will feel safe in doing this as their coach completely understands them, and they trust in their coach, so you will find that It is the tipping point in ( kids name )recovery and from here there is no going back – only forwards.

Step 3 is the Butterfly

  1. From years of feeling out of control, your child has developed habits and phobias (insert specifics) in this final leg we give them the awareness and means to be able to overcome these habits through implementing a new script which also serves to future proof them for life.
  2. so this means ... (, that the insert specific habits ) that had become a habit for ( kids name ) he/she will now understand that he no longer has to do these habits, as his adrenaline levels are back to normal levels.
  3. so he will have more understanding of why he doesn't need to do said habits, any longer.

Part 5
So how does that sound to you on a scale of 1-10 in terms of you knowing THIS is the solution you have been looking for? 1 this is a big leap of faith and 10 being, this programme is made for me.

When they say they are less than a 10, ask them why they are not a 2 or 3. Let them remember and voice the benefits of the programme.

If they ask, how much is it?
We will get to that shortly, but first what I’m asking is this what you want for you?

If they say, it depends on how much it is:
I get that, but if you are going to make the decision on money alone, you are giving money the power over you. We will talk about the investment in a minute, but its important I know, do you want this for YOU?

If they don’t choose yes because of money:
If you’re going to make a decision purely on money you’ll be stuck where you are forever.

You are not saying no to making the investment you are saying yes to living like this for ever.

The first part of making a change is it being in your power and being willing to find a way no matter what.

To do that, you have to make decisions based on your power to choose and then we figure out how to make it work.

Do NOT be the first person to speak even if they are silent for a long time - wait for them to speak.

HOLD YOUR NERVE.
What they tell you is going to be pivotal………

If they say they can’t afford it or any other objection go to Section 13 and use your Objection Handling document to deal with their objections

If they want to go ahead go to Section 13 and take their payment details and take the payment.

If they ask about payment plans say this:

Sure, we can look at other payment plans as most of our clients do choose a payment plan rather than pay in full straight away but let me ask you this first…… I hear that you are worried because you don’t have the full amount to invest straight away.

But let me ask you given that we worked out the cost of you not fixing this is, is it even an option for you NOT to do this?

If they say “Yes it is an option for me to not do this if I can’t afford it” then go to the objection handling document for “I can’t afford it” and deal with the objection first BEFORE you give them the payment plan price……..

If they say “No, I have to do this - I just don’t have the amount of money you’re asking for right now” say this:

Ok, great –
We will bend over backwards to help people like you who are committed to find a way to do this so I’m sure we can figure this out.
Let’s take a look at where you are at the moment and see if we can’t figure something out that can work for you.

Go through all the different means they have to afford something and add up what they have available today

· money in the bank,
· money available on credit cards right now,
· other potential lines of credit like credit cards/bank loans/family/friend loans.

Part 7 - last one
SECTION 13 -

SECTION 14 - POST SALE

Objective: to reduce buyers remorse and get them into and using the program/service immediately

Ok great decision - what I want you to do before anything else is mark down in your calendar todays date with a star next to it. When you look back in the future you’ll know that the star represents the day you took the definitive action that changed your life, (CN)’s life and your family’s life - well done.

Ok so let me tell you what’s going to happen next: You’ll get an email in the next 2 hours giving you access to the digital content and the intercom support. I just need to confirm the email addresses to use for you _X_and (CN).

Also included in the email will be the contact details of your coach. They will contact you directly to arrange with you, your introductory zoom call, and the schedule of your 1-2-1 sessions.

Now one final thing….. please remember you have taken the biggest step towards leaving (CN)’s anxiety behind and having your family’s life back. You and I know that because we’ve been talking about it for the last hour or so and we know its the logical choice.

However I can promise you that within the next 72 hours or so you’ll have a wobble of some sort. Either you’ll talk to a friend who (whilst they mean well) doesn’t get it and will try to bring you down. Maybe you’ll even have something happen - like a big bill come through or you’ll feel less confident than you do on the call with me and your reaction will be to call me up and say you want to quit. I’m telling you this now so you know it’s totally normal - it’s your brain going crazy and trying to get you to go back into your comfort zone where you’ve been stuck with (CN)’s condition

So know when that happens, that is NOT a sign to say you’ve done the wrong thing - its simply fear of change because even positive change is scary!

As soon as we’re done on this call I want you to write down 10 reasons why you must do this now and how it will feel in a few months time when (CN)’s Anxiety is a thing of the past. They mention Falcon Finance, does anyone know anything about that company? I've found a couple of companies called Falcon online.

My goodness!! This content seems as though it has come from HTCA. I’ve got some of their blurb somewhere so I’ll look it out and do a comparison. High ticket selling techniques this most definitely is! It makes me shudder...! I read some of this to my friend (who had a bad experience with YCFF) and she said this was exactly the content that was delivered to her...Confused.

I think this could be the FALCON FINANCE referenced in the sales pitch document.

Interesting that it was only incorporated in April this year. I’ll keep an eye on the company although they’ll be scant information initially as no requirement to submit any accounts for some time. Anyone know who Matthew & Catherine Bird might be to Sam & Martin? I suspect friends of theirs..??

Amazing @Daaxy for setting up the new signposting thread so others don’t miss the connection between YCFF. It’s worth noting that when I recently watched their webinar (and took multiple screen grabs of their outrageous statements) they are using all of their original content which does refer to everything as YCFF... I guess re-recording everything would be far too expensive and time consuming for Sam...!

I also went further on the webinar to book a call (with a fake number) and at that there were lots of questions asked to gather specifics about a child’s issues/challenges so this can be added into the bits of the sales pitch.

I’ll also catch the bbc radio report on catch up but am going to be listening with huge interest.

Wow, what a read @Daaxy. It is similar to the calm I had but they must have formalised it more and partnered with the finance company after my call to make it more emotive and pressured. Especially as the finance company didn’t start until April so a couple of months after my call.

@MichaelMumsnet could you please confirm if you have checked the original thread 1 for sock puppetry? I’ve just seen a few more comments from the last time I looked and think they have found a loophole by posting there instead. Many thanks

So the only ones in the company that have to do the hard sell, with the script that Daaxy posted, are the three 'breakthrough' coaches. Presumably they work on a commission, so they're heavily invested in getting people in board. Maybe they're also able to convince themselves on some level that they're doing something good, but I'm sure a hefty commission helps.

The other coaches wouldn't need to be aware of the sales techniques, so they could well be genuine (if misguided) people who really want to help. Young people who have been through the formula, now being offered a highly paid(?) job "helping" others. From what we know of Sam, she will have a strong emotional grasp on them.too.

That's why they need a huge upfront payment. Once clients have paid they've invested so much (not just financially but in terms of their own self esteem - no-one wants to admit they've been conned!). And I expect some families do have a good experience. All that explains some of the posters on these threads who do seem to be actual people (not sock puppets).

I listened to (part of) Lucy Johnson's high ticket coaching academy pre - call webinar where she talked about how she doesn't do the first call, and that's because she saves her "expert coaching" for her paying customers. Seems this is the model for PP too.

So those breakthrough coaches aren't coaches at all. They are just sales people.

Once on the program, everyone (coaches, clients) are so invested in the process, financially but also emotionally. With Sam presiding over the whole thing, emotional manipulation must permeate everything (as shown in all the posts from Sam, her sock puppet accounts and verious other advocates of YCFF / PP.

I'm genuinely shocked. I started off thinking that YCFF was a well meaning organisation, with some dodgy practises, but coming from a place of wanting to help. How naive I was! The sales call script is the final bit of evidence that shows the company up for the cold, cynical and manipulative organisation it is.
