As suggested in AIBU I've started a thread here. Anyone who wants to join for support that would be great! Going to weigh myself tomorrow morning. I've planned my food for tomorrow. Aiming for 1600 calories a day, 10000 steps as a minimum. 3 gym workouts a week.

I've done measurements on the me 360 app today and have pretty much cried buckets since.

I've struggled with my weight most of my adult life and it's having a really negative effect on my mental health now. I hate myself

Wow I haven’t heard of a hot piliates Hiit-that sounds beyond hard, well done you.

I am weighing in on Mondays (I previously did Fridays and then was out of control on the sat and Sunday)

Can I play? I've got about 5st to loose now, I'm 22lb down since the start of July. I am calorie counting and using saxenda as well. I weigh in on Mondays

@Fuzzyduckduckyfuzz oh I am sending you hugs, it’s so difficult. Have you spoken to your GP about how you are feeling? Can they offer further support?

cry because this is the turning point, the weigh in and measurements is the hard point, you’ve done that. You can look forward now.

Aww thank you. It's a vicious circle I am on anxiety medication which makes me gain weight unfortunately. I've made the step to book counselling this week though as I want to sort this once and for all

I would like to join too. I have a fair bit to lose! Trying to figure out my binge eating disorder and also start to lose weight at the same time.

I go to boots at 9am on a Monday. I've got rid of scales at home as if I weigh daily and see a loss I'll cheat myself 'I deserve a treat' etc.

It taken me years to get to the right mindset to tackle this. I wish everyone the best of luck and look forward to seeing weigh day results good bad or indifferent.

Ok weighed in at 247.6 this morning. I am a member of team rh so I weigh everyday and get an average across the week.

Goal is to hit calories (2300) per day plus water, steps and macros. Had lots of success with this before and really hoping to lose this time

115g protein; 34g fibre and 345 carbohydrate and 51g fat. I only concentrate on protein and fibre and aslong as I'm not over on carbs and fats I don't worry much

Phew another sweaty walk 🥵 but managing to hit the 10,000 steps a day. Food wise not doing too badly and am also sticking to drinking 2 litres a day so far. Hope everyone else ok?

I got 2000 calories again today, last day of my holiday so should be a lot easier to stick to my 1600 calorie goal then. I’ve been starving today and yesterday so it makes me think I must usually eat way over 2000!!
did about 8000 very sweaty steps. Drank 4 litres of water.
Well done to anyone who managed 10000 steps today, it’s not easy when it’s so hot and being over weight to boot!

Managed just over 18000 steps today. Short on cals at 1684 but I'd rather be under not over

Well done all, my day was ok. Had a client lunch and there was no calorie information at all so did a best estimate and not sure I was right (so many hidden calories in restaurant food). Cycled to and from work.

I so wanted a snack this evening, it really makes me reflect how much mindless eating I was doing of an evening.
