Soupy, I thought I'd try because my boobs are like 10 ton boulders ATM and agony. I don't really like taking pain killers anyway so thought I;d try and express some off in the shower to ease the pain.
when I got out of the shower I had 2 rivers of milk pouring down me, it's never done that before so I ran down stairs and chucked the pump in the sterilser.
2 ounces....bloody hell 2 ounces!!

just tried the mioau, i have no idea what i'm doing though....it didn't work so will speak to mw about it when she calls.

Get her to come out and help to show you what to do - or ask if there is a local b/f counsellor who can help you to give it a go.

But treat it just like that - giving it a go - don't put yourself under too much pressure
