Congratulations to funch, and a farewell wave to marbles and the hope that graduating will be a prophecy!
Sorry to hear of the migraine abi, they are truly awful - really draining.
Last night we had 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 3:30 and up for the day at 4:15.
Meh.
At least I have a short day at work as BG has his allergy tests today.
Have a lovely day everyone. Hope you are having the same lovely sunshine as here Smile

Babybeesmama · 02/05/2013 07:00

Goat - that sounds like a horrific night bless you Brew! Larle hope little one ok!

Funch & marbles - its almost a bit sad! The end of a sleep deprived era!

Bb went from 730-230 last night n had a feed, I can decide whether to dream feed him if he doesn't wake between 10/11pm - he normally does & when he's been sleeping through its after this bottle.

Mrsn glad you enjoyed it! How was little man? X

Emilythornesbff · 02/05/2013 07:03

Oh goat you poor thing.
Ds up at 2 Shock so 4 in the bed after that. Dd fed t 4 and just now. But she's such a little stacker.
Have a good day everyone.

Emilythornesbff · 02/05/2013 07:04

Stacker?c no, snacker obviously.

MrsNPattz · 02/05/2013 08:49

Well we had another good night. I had him in with me and dream fed him twice at 10 and 2 because my boobies were so full, but that was him until 7! Hubby took poor little man to the Drs yesterday and he has a cold and that's what's causing his gunky eyes. He also has mild eczema and the Dr thinks it's hunger or colic causing him to wake crying so much in the night.

Sad to say goodbye to Marbles too, but please do stay in touch! You have been a great support on here, as has Funch.

Goat what an awful night, hugs!

Amey he was ok, took bottles well and went to bed ok. So didn't miss me at all haha

Yay! Had allergy tests today, all clear. Do you think I can therefore explain to BG that that's one less excuse for him not to sleep?...

Babybeesmama · 02/05/2013 18:49

Yes tell him that goat!

Did everyone have a nice day in the sunshine? Me and DD went out n did some digging in the garden, I moved about 12 huge blocks that were sunk into soil making like a crap rockery thing, I'm fooked now! I ache all over! I also walked 3 miles pushing 2 of them in pram this morning to park, so I've decided I can be excused from c25k tonight!

In the park DS was lying in sun & I could see right in his mouth - one of top teeth isn't quite through - its like a massive blister on his gum which is prob why its been hurting him. Silly me assuming it was through from a distance!

Absolutely knackered tonight so praying we get a sleep through! Going to try a df if he doesn't wake at 1030/11!

Good luck everyone! X

lazzaroo · 02/05/2013 19:10

Hope everyone gets good nights tonight. Last night was spent running between both DD! Dd1 now has chicken pox & was running a temp last night. Expecting more of the same tonight & wondering if/when dd2 is going to get it. Apparently she may not, or may only be mild, due to her getting my immunity in milk. This breastfeeding malarky is clever!

It's encouraging to hear people having good nights....light at the end of the tunnel?!

lazzaroo · 02/05/2013 19:13

Oh, and I bought some camomile tea today! Anything is worth a try!

MrsNPattz · 02/05/2013 19:30

Sun Amey, what's that?? Aberdeen cold and windy today! Still walked to Tesco this morning, and then booby group this afternoon. Got some advice about expressing while I'm away next weekend. Josh's gums looked like blisters when his teeth were coming through too - both his are through now.

I entered race for life tonight! To walk it. I wasn't going to cause I couldn't find anyone to do it with me, but then I thought sod it - I can do it on my own with my head phones on!!

Lazzaro hope you have a better night. I'm expecting a bad one after 2 good nights Blush

Been gorgeous here today, we walked the dog this morn and sat outside a nice cafe with a fresh oj, then Pilates this aft. Need to get DS a hat as this aft he was sat on my knee with a muslin over his head. Felt like I was sat with ET!!

Bought his high chair yest and the mamas and papas equivalent of a bumbo, he really likes it.

We have some very red cheeks tonight so not expecting a great night. Currently asleep in me but everytime I move to put him in cot one eye opens!!!

Can't believe so many people are graduation, spose it shows that it can't be done and we won't be here forever please god

Emilythornesbff · 02/05/2013 21:03

lasorry to hear about poor poorly dd.
You've just remindedme to make a camomile tea when dd fishes her bedtime feed.
It's been warm and sunny here but apart from hanging out laundry I've not made it out of the house Grin
Good nights all.

Emilythornesbff · 02/05/2013 21:04

Poor larle teething is pretty miserable.

larlemucker · 02/05/2013 21:17

Dear god HOW many spelling mistakes in my last post???????

funchum8am · 02/05/2013 21:27

Aw I am back already, missed you all!

Been at parents' evening til 8:30...very long day.

I just took up cricket again (haven't played since university) and it is great fun! Well done re race for life mrsn!

Here is to good nights all round Smile

larlemucker · 03/05/2013 00:56

Second feed, soooooo tired Hmm
Meant to fed from both boobs but don't know if I can stay awake to do that

larlemucker · 03/05/2013 02:13

Been up every fucking hour. Really had enough, I need to sleep

Anypants · 03/05/2013 02:20

Oh no larle - I wish I could help you. Be strong and you'll get through tonight and then tomorrow will be better. You're not on your own Brew Brew Brew Confused

larlemucker · 03/05/2013 04:47

Up again. Managed an hour and a half this time. I don't know what else to do

larlemucker · 03/05/2013 05:54

Still up, fed for 45 mins. 10 mins in cot and up feeding again.
I don't know how much longer I can do this

Anypants · 03/05/2013 06:03

Oh christ larle - i'm up again, but only for the second time. Is it a growth spurt or is your LO just needing comfort (you mentioned teething)? Can you get DH to help under such extreme circumstances? Sad

MrsNPattz · 03/05/2013 07:58

Morning guys, we were up at half 3 and 5:45. He was in with me so I just fed him.

Larle - hugs! You can do it, stay strong and be kind to yourself.

We are off to my mum and dads for the weekend Smile

larlemucker · 03/05/2013 08:51

DH is at work today Hmm

Thought maybe it was comfort but there was lots of swallowing. He didn't wake up in pain overnight.

Going to booby group this morn, think the lady who runs it wants to put me off weaning at 20 weeks but I can't do this for another month and a half. He is so hungry.
He woke up again so put him in with me, don't know what time that was.

Got swimming as well this aft so no chance if catching up on sleep Hmm

GoatBongosAnonymous · 03/05/2013 09:14

larle there is a book called Weaning Made Easy by Rana Conway which I thought did an excellent weighing-up of pros and cons on when to start weaning. She is an expert in the field (unlike ones like Annabel Karmel, who are on experience only) and has no problem with weaning at 5 months if they look ready - and gives suggestions on how to do it safely and healthily. I liked it because the advice for prems is to start between 5 and 7 months, and we didn't quite wait until 6 months.

Hugs for the horrible nights. I really really sympathise.

lazzaroo · 03/05/2013 09:48

Well, last night could have been quite successful if it wasn't for the chicken pox! Dd2 fed at 6.45 and then not again till 12.30! and was in cot that whole time. After that she slept on DH till feed at 3.30. Then had little top up at 5. By our standards that's good going...and gives me hope! I was up with poorly dd1 in between but that can't be helped.

Not sure what made the difference. Although I am trying really hard to increase her daytime milk intake. It's easier at moment while we are stuck at home with dd1. Not so easy when out & about.

larle I feel your pain. Sounds familiar.

Oh, and I discovered last night that I really don't like camomile tea!
